In a day and age where I see and hear advertisements about how this insurance agent can do this, and that agent can save you that, Ive never once considered ever looking into any of them. Lehigh Agency has top notch customer service and the friendliest staff, who treat me like family. Thats the kind of company that I prefer to do business with. Im as dedicated to them, as they are to me.

Started a new auto policy with them once I moved here to PA. Was looking for affordable insurance, they signed me up for a company that was less than upstanding. If I was informed that the insurance company I was being signed up for was not very good I would have chosen another, more expensive option. I always look to buy quality and value over the lowest price, and it was up to the agent (a salesperson) to ask questions and figure that out. It is also up to the agent to be forthcoming with information about about a company that they have done business with, a.k.a. transparency. After being in sales for the last ten years I have seen that this less is more mentality has become ubiquitous, especially at car dealerships and insurance producers. It is an individuals moral duty to volunteer information about the products and services they sell, that is the cornerstone of integrity in sales. Although this agency failed me concerning the aforementioned, they did offer me one of the cheapest options available, albeit dismal, for full coverage auto insurance. Regardless of your insurability or credit, steer the heck away from Bristol West insurance! It surprises me greatly to think this company is a subsidiary of Zurich, a very trustworthy provider.

We use the Lehigh Agency for our homeowners insurance and vehicle insurance through Erie. Our agents have always been quick to answer our questions and look for ways to help us save money. They were very helpful in explaining different coverages when we built our new construction home and also assisted when both our vehicles were severely damaged in a hail storm. Paid my insurance for 10 years on time and when I made a claim for my roof due to weather damage they rejected my claim and then 4 months later sent me a refusal for renewal for my policy. From my experience I would not suggest anyone to give them any business.

My agent is the sweetest lady and she got to know me through the years so now she is more like family. She always goes the extra mile to be helpful and I no longer dread such things as asking questions and making policy changes because I get right through to a person, and my agent then does the dirty work of sitting on hold and dealing with the insurance company so I dont have to. What a relief to have found this company! If youre sick and tired of dealing with stressful phone calls and you like to be acknowledged as a real person, its time to give these guys a call.

We reached out to two different brokers looking to do an over the phone blind price comparison. (Too much to type in an email for a price quote on our end.) Very rude an uprofessional and hung uo on me numerous times said they dont like to deal with people outside of their town and that its their policy to only deal with customers local to their town.
