Mike and Michelle are the best property manager, by far.They listen, I’ve been late on rent a few times and their understanding is a blessing. Not many landlords are like that, especially in these times.I love my apartment. It’s always clean and the decorations they put outside is a nice touch.Every once in a while, they leave reminder notes on the doors (maintenance, holiday, change of filters)It’s pleasant and feels personable!

Lived at 61 E. Broad Street Apt # 2 from 4/06 - 4/07 and loved the location, thought the price was fine and felt the landlords were nice, fair guys. Id often stop by their office out back and talk to them for five minutes.After a year I got a promotion and decided to purchase my first house. Decided not to renew my lease and gave them the appropriate heads up.They refused to give me the security deposit back even though I kept the apartment is pristine condition (I have OCPD and therefore it comes by nature). They also would not respond to calls about coming back to get my AC unit, which my wife and I noticed in the window for years after I left. Worst off , they included it in future listings as coming with a box unit.I write this some 14 years later after shredding some old tax documents and finding a copy of my lease agreement. What they did was bad business, plain and simple. I hope that extra months rent ($550 at the time) helped them run that empire of theirs. I also hope the 500 sqft apartment next to mine that housed a family of six Mexicans went on to be successful. They were very nice people and made me food!
