Best contractor experience ever. Luis and his team at SmartRoof were exceptional and very timely and professional with no detail left out. Cleaned properly when complete and roof was done in a day! If you can get Luis and his team, youre in for a treat!

Of all of my contractor experiences, this was the best. Not only was the craftsmanship outstanding, but they left the site spotless at the end of every day over a 2 week period.As far as personnel, we started with Patrick, the sales manager who delivered on every promise from obtaining the insurance proceeds to timing. Zach did a great job on the PM end and always responsive. And finally Francisco who led the onsite team. Nice, courteous, prompt and thorough. 10 out of 10 across the board

The company /team members are very professional. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. My roof turned out great! I would highly recommend the company.

From start to finish from the salesman that sold me the job to the project manager and the guys that did the work. Everyone was professional and seemed knowledgeable about their jobs. Although we dealt with various representatives along the way (all positive experiences), Caleb Hendrickson was THE star by far, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience regarding our project needs and providing excellent overall customer service. Based on this positive experience, we would definitely consider exploring other Smart Roof offerings for future projects.7/30 update --- AND to further illustrate the customer service Im speaking of, Mr. Hendrickson stopped by my house to doublecheck a concern I had regarding tree trimmersproximity to my freshly completed roof/gutter job. He added me to his existing schedule and made a quick inspection to ensure that all was OK. Its rare to find this level of customer service and I really appreciate it!

Troy and his team were professional and great to work with. He was so responsive from the first interaction, and kept me up to date on what was going on with the repairs every step of the way. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and he even followed up a week later to make sure everything was still working properly. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The roof installation went great. The team was timely, neat, and professional, from analyzing our roof through install, to some minor problems following. Specifically, when we thought we had a leak, Troy came out, listened and understood all the problems, looked around the roof with detail and fixed a problem that could have been a leak down the road. The entire service from Smart Roof was great.

Wonderful experience regarding roofing installation for our home. Installation crew was timely, professional and responsive. They worked a 14 hour day to ensure our roof was installed. Looks absolutely beautiful.
