Exchanged our cable box. Waited about 2 minutes and it took another 2 minutes to get new box and remote. Assembly and set up was easy once I got home.

So I go from Verizon (whos service stinks) to Comcast (whos customer services is awful). It took them six trips to get my service working (Im in a very accessable area) and even then, I had to hire a personal technician for a couple thousand to straighten them out and make sure they finally did it right. Now, Im in my 4th consecutive month of trying to get the bill straight. Thats right, Ive spent (and my assistant has spent) an hour each month trying to show them that the bill theyre sending is anywhere from $100-220 too high and each time they swear everything is correct and the next bill will reflect only a months charge. Well, Im still waiting 4 months later. Unbelievable. I quit and begged DirecTV to come back out and at least I dont have to fight with them every month. Im using a cellphone service for internet now. I get the impression that any 5 stars on here are from employees.

This is not an xfinity cable store. Also hours are incorrect for Saturday.

I moved out of my house one year ago and the house was sold. Comcast calls me to have my name removed from the Acct. However, instead of them removing my name they kept my name and put the new persons social security number under my name. And now I have to go to the Comcast center and fill out a damn form to have them remove my name from the account. This is Comcast fault not mine.
