We have used Just Limos for a couple of proms and events in the past and they are the best! Always super clean, affordable compared to others, and some of the best customer service I have seen.Mike is our guy and is always so patient when it come to our hundreds of questions, we keep coming back to Just Limos cause of him! I always know its going to be a good time with their party buses.Cant forget to mention recently they saved our birthday because another company canceled a couple hours before show. Thanks Guys!

Super friendly staff! I rented a their Escalade stretch limo for my wedding. It was REALLY big and clean. These guys stand out from the rest. Would highly recommend for weddings!!

I used this company for a party bus wine tour that I had for my birthday last weekend. They were VERY accommodating and answered all of my questions ( I tend to ask a lot of questions and give what if scenarios). They are very quick to respond to emails and overall I was very satisfied with customer service. I rented the Volcano Bus. The vehicle was very clean and everything I expected. The driver was very punctual and arrived on time. Our drivers name was AJ. He was very friendly and added to the overall great atmosphere of the bus. He got us to the vineyards without any issues and was always there once we were ready to leave. I like to give props where props are due and this company definitely deserves it. I would rent from this company again and recommend their services to others. Thank you for making my experience a great one!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH JUST LIMOS! We live on the West Coast and are not familiar with limo service in MD. I put out inquiries - they responded quickly. I followed it up with a total of two phone calls -each time being greeted by two different reps. Extremely friendly and reassuring!

We rented the volcano party bus from just limos for my sister Charlottes bachelorette party. We opted for the karaoke option in the bus. I can tell you that I had searched everywhere but no one else seemed to have a karaoke party bus. We had a blast, we sung variety of songs most of the evening. We ended up extending the rental for 2 additional hours. Go just limos!!

We booked with Just Limos for a wine tour party. We had a great time! Driver was dressed professionally, on time and was very courteous. The bus was great and we had a fabulous time celebrating. Would definitely book with them again!

Not a professional limo service. Our party bus was old, unwashed, and malfunctioned as the speakers didn’t work so after the wedding we rode in silence to the hotel and then reception venue. The driver was unprofessional, dressed unprofessional (like he was going to the gym or something), and had the nerve to ask the BRIDE OF ALL PEOPLE in the church after the ceremony where his remaining $450 was AFTER HE WAS TOLD HE WOULD RECEIVE IT AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION BY THE WEDDING PLANNERS HANDLER! PATHETIC! The bride....cmon. What really puts things in perspective is we used Zbest limo service to get to the church. Our Mercedes sprinter was clean, driver professional in suit and tie, customer service phenomenal. For us to go in the church like that and come out to these guys was simply off putting and just a two or three steps below what we had encountered going in. Had we not put our deposit down we would’ve just used Zbest limo the entire wedding! Two stars because we got to the destination safely and the driver took the bridesmaids to the liquor store on the way to the reception... :-).

I reserved the bus back in March for my June bachelorette party. From start to finish everyone was helpful. The bus was clean and spacious and the stereo had some real bump to it. I needed 2 pickup locations because of my party size and they made it happen. Kurt (driver) was on time and pleasant, he made certain to make my day special. I was having so much fun I didnt want the night to end so I called the company and asked to extend for another hour and they were more than accomodating.I would recommend this company to anyone and the next time I need another party bus they will be my go to.

ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS!!!!! READ THIS REVIEW AND UPDATES BEFORE BOOKING!!!! Booked a reservation over the phone and gave the address for pick up. No problems, gave them my credit card information for the deposit and they said they would send over a contract asap. Two days later, I get an email cancellation confirmation apparently my pick up location was too far from them. They did not call and let me know they were canceling my reservation or why. Nor did they give me the opportunity to change my pick up location to be closer to their facility. They just decided to cancel my reservation without giving me proper notice or even the decency of a phone call!. I should have been told when I made the reservation and personally spoke with an employee that they could not pick up at my location. When I tried to call, shocker....no answer. TERRIBLE customer service.Update: Service areas were never discussed in email exchange, only pricing. When booking the reservation and giving the NEWBURG address, the employee did not mention that it was too far. That is 1 hour 18 mins from their location (not over 2 hours), so the Atlantic City comment is over dramatized and inaccurate. My reservation was NEVER booked for a Sunday, the initial quote inquiry was sent in for a Sunday by mistake....a corrected quote request with the Saturday date immediately followed and was discussed over email and phone. The email correspondence is attached to my SATURDAY inquiry. The issue is not that our location was out of their service area, that is completely understandable and respected. The issue is the lack of customer service to properly inform me of the cancellation by phone or providing the opportunity to change the pick up location to something closer. The response from the company below should show enough about the professionalism of the company and staff.

I setup a monument tour with this company for my brother’s bachelor party. Getting everything setup was easy and the company was quick to respond and eager to accommodate. However, when the day came the driver of the bus informed me that there may be some water leaking; and that I would have to let her know how I wanted to proceed. “Some water” was a gross understatement. There was water all over the floor and on every seat. There was an active leak from the emergency hatch and the hatch was locked shut and could not be opened from inside. After speaking with the driver, my three options were a complete refund and no bus; $100 off and I use the leaky bus; or wait an hour for another bus. All of these options were clearly unacceptable; especially given the fact that they knowingly sent a bus for my party that had water everywhere. I spoke with the owner who was short, and rude; ultimately giving me zero accommodation and made it seem like this was my problem.Months of planning and coordination were nearly ruined by the owner of this company. Given his ineffective business practices and willingness to send a subpar vehicle, with safety deficiencies; do not use this company for any rental purposes.

Terrible customer service when ask to see the bus in person they require you to submit an email to the manager. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️So of the pictures of these sites are fake you shouldnt have to email anyone 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Rented a bus for my bachelor party in the DC area - we partied in the bus then MGM and then DC. Bus was clean and the driver chuck, i think was his name he took us around different pubs

Our driver is currently 30 minutes late and were still waiting.
