My overall experience with this practice was excellent. The staff was very professional. Dr. A and her Assistant Gaetane, were very attentive. They asked the right questions and really listened when I responded. I felt like they were genuine with their responses and offered practical suggestions. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back.

I went for minor surgery and everyone was kind and courteous, protocols for COVID19 were followed, all was done in a timely fashion, the office was clean despite remodeling going on, and telephone calls/texts were clear, concise and thoroughly appreciated. I was very glad to be in their hands.

I have been coming here for almost five months. I am currently getting laser hair removal by Liliana Silva, and she is a very knowledgeable and a diligent worker. I have noticed a great reduction in my hair growth . I highly recommend you come here for any dermatological and cosmetic procedures.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I started going in order to get Botox treatments. I see Emily for those, and she is absolutely wonderful. She does an amazing job and Im so happy with the results every time I go. Most recently, I had my lips done with Dr. Akingboye. Words cannot express how happy I am with the way they look! Shes a absolute artist. I cant believe how amazing my lips look. She is also super nice and very patient (I started feeling a little sick during the procedure and she was willing to wait as long as I needed). Every time I call for an appointment or with a question, the staff who helps me on the phone is super helpful and friendly. I feel that their prices for these treatments are fair. This stuff is going to be expensive anywhere you go (hey... beauty doesnt come cheap as you get older), but I do feel that they are quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I have had the best experience! Starting from the front desk ladies to the experienced spa professionals. I had three sessions of microdermabrasion, I noticed results by people complimenting me. In addition, I use Skinmedica products and they work fantastically.

I have been going to this practice for 10 years. If you are not aware - Dr. Palestine, the reason this MedSpa and Dermatology practice was so very successful and revered - SOLD the practice. I believe to a large healthcare provider? Not sure. But the quality, customer service has plummeted in the last year since Dr. Palestines departure. Not only Dr. Palestine, but HALF of the practicing doctors and ALL of the PAs Ive had in the years Ive been a patient. The vibe in the office has also hit rock bottom with front desk clerks talking loudly on personal phone calls, lack of bottled water and honestly, the front office staff is very uneducated on products, procedures and quality. It is really sad to see. I had a SECOND $100 gift certificate sent to me by the practice after yet another PA I had seen over the years departed. So I had my last visit yesterday - I will not be returning but will find another provider.

I like the staff and i love the place they are always nice! I dont like that you have to pay for parking but that happens everywhere. I had to cancel 24 hours before my appointment for Wesnday and they allowed it. But they had great turn around and allowed me to make a new one. I have a new doctor Ms. A and she great! I had Mel but she left and now i have Ms. A. Eaither way i do like the staff and nice clean place.

They are horrible... no customer service, rude office personal. Doctors are mediocre ... prescribed harmful medicine while I was breast-feeding ... needless to say they arent very knowledgeable. Failed to keep appointments. Save yourself ... go somewhere else

Google eyelid ptosis, aka eyelid drooping, a very serious side effect from Botox when injected incorrectly. It affects the eyelid muscle and the eye cannot open normally so you look like a stroke victim - it lasts anywhere from several weeks to several months. I just experienced this condition after going to Rockledge MedSpa for a regular Botox appointment and it is truly horrible. The office did a lot of apologizing but there is nothing they can do to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your Botox!UPDATE: It has been exactly four months since I had the Botox injections at The Dermatology Center/Rockledge Med Spa that resulted in the eyelid ptosis. The eyelid is largely improved although not completely back to normal. This is consistent with what Dr. Yu told me when I saw him after this occurred as he told me very apologetically that it would probably last until the Botox wore off. It is of course exactly the opposite of what I was told by the office manager and the patient care coordinator. They both assured me that it would be fine after a few weeks and to use the prescribed drops. The care by these two women was so abysmal and their assurances so misleading and outright wrong that Id be shocked if they are still employed by a medical office. In addition, the injector was not inexperienced as one might imagine, she has many many years of experience so one can only conclude that she was careless. I never heard from her after this occurred which does not surprise me given the extremely poor response by the office. I repeat, get your Botox elsewhere!

Unhappy. I came to my scheduled appointment about 12 minutes late due to heavy snow. Was told I had to either reschedule 2 weeks later or wait 1 hour to MAYBE be seen, which is really inconvenient.
