Oh man, just went to Buckley’s for a medical exam requested by my employer. The place is in the BASEMENT. Expect to be there between 2 to 3 hours. A very fast paced environment and Zeneida has everything under control. She is adorable. Staff and Doctor was excellent and kind. I guess I will be back in two years for my next physical. 👍🏻

I got pretty good service. The appointment was made easily online and I chose to fill the online forms. My medical was done in 50 mins, fastest ever for me. Sweet, great improvements in service.

The African American nurse Joanna was so helpful while the Spanish nurse were rude, unprofessional, and ignorant to the fact that people have lives and people to support, some people become so privileged that they don’t understand karma is real and you should treat people how you want to be treated.

Everything went smooth and fast the nurse is phenomenal and including the staff I highly recommend buckleys....

This place can be a little hard to find.

First, I would like to say how dissatisfied I was with customer service from your establishment. I called yesterday afternoon at 2:17pm to schedule an appointment and was told to hold the line. After waiting for 7 minutes and no one ever coming back to the line I decided to hang up and call again. My second call was at 2:25pm this time I was able to speak with someone and make an appointment after I told them how long I held the phone and no one ever came back. The lady did apologize for it. In moving forward I was able to get an appointment date and time for today, Friday July 31, 2020 at 10:20am this morning.I arrived to the office at 10:18am but had to wait outside until the line cleared and the lady took everyones temperature. Now, first let me say I understand fully about what necessary precautions need to be in place but with that being said I did not feel comfortable at all being in your office with so many people waiting to be seen and not being able to fully distance myself. Not too mention I waited over an hour and I was never seem because I had to leave to go to work. There was a Hispanic lady who claimed to have called my name at 10:30am which I told her was Not true because I was standing up at the far counter towards the back and was the only lady in there at the time. So, I did not appreciate the blatant lie from her at all when I confronted her about my appointment time. I mean what is the point of having an appointment when youre going to make people wait over an hour and again not to mention the number of people in such a small space.Now, I made another appointment because unfortunately its needed from this place for my new part time employer but I am requesting a date and time that I can come in and be seen and not wait over an hour especially since you all are only open M-F.Also, I do not feel like I should have to fill out anymore paperwork because you all have everything! I filled it out while I was there because nothing was never sent to me yesterday when I initially made the appointment and also mentioned that to the Hispanic lady and had to show her my emails I received.This is not good standing customer service practice in my personal opinion. Please reconsider another option during this COVID-19 for your customers. I was not comfortable or pleased at all having people so close to me and not being seen at my appointment time. My suggestion, schedule people according to the doctors/nurses you have to do the work. Instead of 20min apart perhaps you should have it an hour apart depending on how long it take based off of what people need done!

I was just here this morning. Got in got out. Not sure why others are having so many problems. Hopefully next you go back things will be different.

I Had the most wonderful experience from start to finish I was greeted with a strong warm welcome by all staff everyone was phenomenal the process didn’t take long at all the staff worked together to insure you were in and out I definitely will recommend everyone using Buckley’s Renewal Center

Terrible, unprofessional place. Employees are texting other people the whole time and speaking about people in different languages right in front of them. Everything is dingy, broken down, and dirty. Negative reviews are right - go ANYWHERE else (especially if you care about Covid-19 precautions).

What is the number to their corporate office of their human resource department Zanita informed she was the manager and there was no one I can speak to I need an email address something

I was there for 30 mins and was disgusted. My name was 4th on the sign in sheet and it took the girl 20 minutes to call me. Only to tell me that I had to then put my name on another list. Customer service was a joke, they were more interested in their cell phones. There was no manager and it seemed like they took extra time on purpose. No professionalism, no politeness, horrible. I AM ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO!!!

I only gave 1 star because that was my only option. They dont deserve that. They are the worst fake physician center ever. Very unprofessional. Its 6 people behind the desk looking stupid and 5 people here to be seen. Im here for a simple drug screen and been waiting 45 minutes and no assistance. I would have been in and out iif I had went to B&W Stats. This place is the worst dont waste your time or money.

Absolutely the worst place. I would not recommend a dying rat to this facility. The staff is inconsiderate and the wait time is absolutely pathetic. I arrived at 9:30am one hour after they open, and walked out before seeing the doctor at 1:20pm. They argued with me that my employer had not submitted the proper paper work, but when I called my employer in their office they found the papers but then continued to give attitudes.

The service here is TERRIBLE! The employees are extremely rude and have 0% customer service skills. Whenever you ask a question they always say “i dont know.” One employee called me at 6:30 at night to ask me a question and when I asked what it was in reference to she said “i dont know i was just told to call you” when I requested that she ask her supervisor what it was in reference to she then told me “Ugh, I have a lot of paperwork to do and I really dont have time for that” i was shocked because she called me then got an attitude with me??!! The only reason i went here is because my job sent me here for pre-employment procedures, but honestly it was the worst experience. I rather had payed out of pocket at a place of my choice... If i could give them no stars i would because thats the kind of service you’ll receive. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME GOING HERE!

Not highend office I had to come here it dies good what they do. I didnt have to pay for what was done to me but I concede this a low budget place thats what it looks like. I had no problems but would help if they had other doctor. Because there only one there. They had one call out the day I went so it was a little slow. But find it ok.

If I could give this place minus 100 I would! I hate this place, rude and unprofessional needs to be shut down.

This place should get stars in the negative. This is the worst place Ive ever been to. Very unprofessional. Im not for getting people fired, but this place needs to be shutdown. No one should be spending an entire day in any facility for whats done here. The worst place by far!

Honestly no idea what are the low reviews for, very helpful staff, I came late, no reservation and the just walked me and did the test even tho it was almost 5pm.. I went to lab Corp at silverspring at 3:20pm with a reservation and a paid test receipt online and they said they stopped taking samples at 3 pm.. Smh

This place is a dump. Very dirty. The doctor they employ was probably thrown out of medical school. The doctor was wearing a filthy lab coat. Felt like I needed a shower after I walked out of there.

Not a pleasant experience. Very dirty facility. Both nurses were sneezing and coughing on customers. Not sure how this place is still operational.

It is true. They are very unorganized and rude. Things that could get taken care of in one hour take three here.
