The services at The Fix was so welcoming from the jump they made sure that they heard me out and listened to me to take care of my problem Ramon monchi was very understanding he kept me relaxed and calm i was so worried that there was no way to fix my phone. He got me to trust him and believe my issue will be fixed and it was!!!! and to top it all off no charge was given to me because i was a returning customer cant beat that must spend your time and money there you guys!!

All in all, I had a really good experience. Reasonable prices and people working there. My iPad was fixed timely and I didnt have any problems at all.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!! They replaced a cracked screen on our IPhone ($169+tax). Upon arriving home, discovered front camera did not work as well as the speaker. Took it back the next day. The tech told us that they could not fix it and to take it to Apple. We did. Apple did a diagnostic and replaced the screen for $149. The phone worked fine after that. Went back to Smart fix to ask for a refund and they said no because they needed the screen back from Apple. Apple would not give it up. Told this to Smartfix...still would not give refund. Crooks! Would give negative stars if I could.

I had a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 with a bad charging port (it would not charge from the cable). The Microsoft Stores only solution was to replace the tablet/laptop. The problem was, I had data on the hard drive that I needed! Microsoft didnt have a solution for retrieving data from the hard drive (at this point, the battery was dead since it could not charge from the cable). And, because the SP4 is technically a tablet, it is engineered in such a way that the ONLY way to replace any component is to remove the glass from the tablet - which is incredibly difficult to do and usually results in a broken screen. Plus, the only parts available are third-party parts. So... SmartFix has the technical expertise to remove the glass, and the luckily, the charging port was a small, easier component to replace (than the battery, for example). Voila! I had a working SP4 that could charge and all I needed it for was a few minutes to grab my data. Maurice was AWESOME and I am a very, VERY, happy customer! I am impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help out. Even if this had ended with me being unable to get my data (this was a BIG longshot after all), I would still highly recommend Maurice and SmartFix because of their willingness to try! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I purchased a 10000mAh power bank recommended by a the individual at the counter. Tried to return it the next day when I discovered it was orders of magnitude over priced. I was told no returns and was shown a small sign way above eye level that indicates no returns. This was not said at the time of the sale. I don’t know about their repair business, but I would recommend against buying merchandise there unless you’ve researched prices first. Incredible that a mall-based service doesn’t accept a return and that they put the announcement in a difficult to read and inconspicuous spot. AVOID THEM

Maria was very nice and did a fantastic job on fixing my phone . Whats more impressive is that my phone is fairly rare, she had never seen it before but still was able to roplrep the screen in about 40 minutes For a great price too! DEFINITELY would recommend.

This review is a bit late, but our repair took more than two weeks when they promised a maximum of a few days and a call back. When we came back after those two weeks, turns out the dude actually finished on time and just took our number incorrectly, even though we called several times during the wait. Also turns out the issue with my phone couldve been solved in under five minutes (it was a hardware problem, not a phone crack). Terrible customer service. Not worth the price.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called ahead for a cracked screen, took a week for them to get it. Upon arrival and installation, took another half hour and paid $150. Within a few days one side was loose. I had to come back and had to BARGAIN for them to fix it for free.Then, a month later, the screen no longer worked to the point that the phone was not functional. Had to go to another place and they said the screen had been misinstalled, and I had to pay another $150 to get it reinstalled.
