Jean Pierre is fabulous. I have had dozens of towels and sheets monogrammed over the years as well as dresses for little girls. I am always pleased.

Great work! Got some very nice work done to some towels.

Poor customer service. I asked specifically for the front of a bag to be monogrammed and he did the back of the bag. After I brought this to his attention, he became defensive and did not think it was his obligation to correct, noting as far as he was concerned either side could be considered the front of the bag (despite the back of the bag having luggage slots). Completely unacceptable.

Amazing, beautiful, I love that guy and his perfect job. I recommand.
