Mine was a difficult case. I tried to have all the evidence. However my list grew while the technician was here. “Oh one more thing,” I said often. I love that my technician listened to me and let me be part of the process.

I appreciated the quickness of the technician and the ability to diagnosed my printer on the porch with masks, gloves, etc. The outcome was that it could not be repaired, which is unfortunate but necessary information to go forward. Probably would call again if I had a similar problem although I might check more online to see what the probability of repair was. Thanks so much for a rapid and careful response.

They had my problem fixed in a very short time. Haven’t had any issues since. They are definitely my go to next time I have an issue. I highly recommend these guys!

Geeks on Site is a total rip-off. I called about problems with my computer (shutting down spontaneously, screen going wobbly) and asked for a home visit to diagnose the problem. They insisted on using a remote hook-up, charged me $179 for a one-week trial and said they would send a tech to my home if they couldnt fix it through a remote connection. Well, they used a remote connection three times and it wasnt fixed. Yet still they refused to make a home visit. When I insisted that a home visit had been promised as part of my one-week trial, they offered me dates that were outside the one week period. How can they be computer experts if they cant figure out hardware issues? And how can they diagnose hardware issues if they wont make a home visit? So I never got anything from them and I wasnt able to get my money back. All they ever did was play with my computer remotely (including removing malware protection software I had installed) and try to sell me a one-year plan. Hard sell. Dont use them.
