We have been using Dream 9 Technologies for many years for IT support. Josh (the main guy at Dream 9) keeps all our PCs and servers running smoothly and fixes issues quickly using remote access. Also my business (Superfine Printing) relies heavily on a solid internet connection since most of our orders come from our web site. Dream 9 set up two internet connections in the office using one as a backup so that there is little chance of downtime. Highly recommended
