From start to finish Restoration Doctor has done an amazing job! I had a tree drop on my house and cause an incredible amount of damage. They made sure right away my house was protected. They were always friendly and a lot of the guys I eventually knew by name.. My place looks better than ever. Working with insurance companies and mortgage companies can be a huge pain. They helped me with that as well. They were always up front about everything. They did the work very quickly as well.

I’m really not sure how this company got such good reviews. We contacted them when we experienced water leaks while getting our roof replaced. Scheduling took two days, then when the crew finally installed the remediation equipment, they didn’t come back to check as promised. I was told a crew would come out between 8 and 9 one day but no one showed & it was impossible to get an update or a hold of anyone at the company. They staff their service line with women who will tell you they’ll send an “urgent” message out but no one responds. For an already unbelievably stressful situation - my family was sleeping on the floor of our living room for days - they made things 100x worse. I wouldn’t recommend them.

My mothers basement was FLOODED!! I called a few people and their prices were ridiculous! Thank goodness I found these guys. They were very swift in there work, respectful & professional staff. I called in and requested a routine on site visit to my new condo apartment. I had a mold issue stemming from a longtime roof leak. I called Restoration Doctor after reading the positive reviews here. Don came by to take a look after we had repaired the roof and removed a lot of the rotten wood. Due to the small size of the afftected area, about 4 square feet-- Don graciously decided to just run me through some very basic steps: turning up the heat, running a dehumidifier, and applying an anti-mold solution to remedy the situation. I truly appreciated his help since this amounted to an unpaid consultation, and I wouldnt hesitate to call him in the future.

We had used this company on several projects, so when we had a major problem we were so fortunate to have them. There was extensive leaking and water damage plus mold in our apartment and as a result, we had not only mold removal, demolition and total reconstruction to deal with but more importantly, the insurance claim. Shyon and his team are the best. I called him at 10:30pm on a Saturday night and he responded immediately. We had a leak upstairs and he sent out a plumber right away and was there the next day personally see to the remediation process of getting it dried out. He helped work with the insurance company .Everybody was prompt and did a good job. Very professional and way better than some of its competitors. if you find yourself in an emergency situation are in need of remediation this is the company you want to hire.

Discovered a bad leak at about 8 pm. Found this company at 9. By 10 two employees got here (from their homes) with a dehumidifier, fans, and tape to seal the wet room so that the AC in the other rooms wouldnt lessen the effect of the equipment. Don gave me his cell phone number so we could call him if there were any problems. He quoted a fair price and stuck to it even though the room was wetter than they thought. They dried the room out efficiently and a week later our painter was able to repaint. Ive had leaks before and--yes--this is as good as it gets..

I actually reached out to them based on their reviews, I had water damage in my ceiling from an apartment above, Steve from Restoration Doctor came out and did so much more than just give a quote -- he was able to guide me on how to move forward in terms of dealing with the insurance company and what to beware of like mold building. HONEST & KIND! My husband and I thought we had white mold in my basement.. we contacted a different company who agreed and gave us a very costly estimate to fix the problem. This is an amazing mold company! Dave went above and beyond to test my home for mold (he even had someone come over and test my bed for no extra fee when I was worried about mold damage) and the customer service of the people working at the desk was amazing as well :) couldnt recommend more!

Last week when temperatures dropped to the 30s and the heat still wasnt activated, my pipes in the basement froze and burst over night. It was very unfortunate because I didnt realize until the Basement was covered about 5 feet high. I immediately called my son frantically and he called water Restoration Doctor for me. Great experience! I came to Restoration Doctor already frustrated with mold removal services. I never heard back from one company (after I asked for a detailed estimate). The other guy didnt seem very professional. What a relief to deal with Dave and his crew. Luckily nothing major was damaged, but overall there were some minor issues with some water damage. Over the last 2 years, I’ve had severe water damage related issues. I guess my property is in a bad area, where it is more susceptible to water and flood damage. Because of the accumulation of water damage, I needed to look into water damage repairs right away. This is where these guys came in. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out, and within a few days they were able to come out to perform a full inspection on the house. They identified several problem areas where water and flood damage occurred, alongside the growth of mold. After the inspection, they brought in equipment to start restoring the property to its original status. It took about 2-3 days of the equipment working before they could certify the property as mold free.

Steve is truly an All-Star. We had a terrible drain back up in the basement. That meant black water all over. My wife pulled his name out of an google search and he was here in a flash. He assessed the situation and started the cleaning process immediately. He also reached out to the insurance company (I did first, naturally) and handled most communications with them.
