I had a excellent experience at this JH. I felt very welcomed by Maggie Young. She was very professional and eager to help me in anyway she could. She was very thorough in explaining all aspects of my taxes To me. I feel like I got a great tax experience, it was very easy going and stress free. I will be back to this location to see Maggie again ! Thank you !

Maggie did everything to make sure I got all the money I was entitled to. She went above and beyond and I am grateful for that!

Id give it zero stars if that was an option. I paid between three and four hundred dollars to have my taxes prepared, but thats okay because they gave me a free $100 gift card for Wal Mart. What a joke. They screwed up my taxes big time, and I ended up having to have them readjusted and pay into the federal and state funds. Ill screw up my own taxes for free, thank you very much. And they call me now....ya know...because thats not annoying. Dont waste your money.
