Way over priced. and she rushed my nails. didn’t take her time. tried to fix one that had a black spec in it and made it worse. i’ll never go back.

First time there. I was a walk in. Well received!Friendly, great atmosphere, great service, great prices. I will definitely go back.

When there like 3 weeks ago. Got a fill was $50. Not even the second day the gel topcoat was chipping. Never going back. Got to roxy they do so much better.

Very nice workers, I got gel polish on hands and regular on toes, Friday June 18 around 5pm. By Saturday morning June 19, the gel polish was lifting on multiple nails. Will not visit this establishment again.

I took my sister-in-law here for a pedicure to celebrate her birthday. We LOVED it. It was very relaxing and they did a great job. I would highly recommend. I liked the fact that they have several chairs, so we could both get our pedis at the same time. Very clean and professional

AWFUL. They tore my nails off. My nails were discolored and breaking underneath of my acrylics. DO NOT get acrylics here.

I received a terrible pedicure and when I called to tell them about it I was hung up on..paid $50 for awful work! She didn’t offer me a refund or anything.

The lady filed my nails left the dust and proceeded to put the pink and white overtop. The technique her daughter showed she did the complete opposite field my nails too hardand charged me 65 and my nails are bumpy

I have been going to nails 88 for almost 5 years now. Amy never disappoints and does a beautiful job on my nails every time. I’ve also had Helen and Jeni do my nails and they do a terrific job as well. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend everyone to make this salon your regular salon!

I went to Nails 88 yesterday for an appointment with Cam. I saw her pictures on her Instagram of her nails and I needed a new salon so I decided to try her out. I showed her a picture on my phone of the nails I wanted (purple matte) and she gave me the exact color! They look amazing perfectly done! She’s is so sweet and such a kind woman! I will got sure be coming back to her! Excellent service loved the outcome!!

Every time I stray from this salon I regret it! Go see Cam! She does amazing work and pays close attention to detail. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful! Nails are always quality and the best service you could ask for 💕

I wanted to have my dip nails removed and left with no nails at all. I had a cracked nail and tech took it upon herself to cut all of the nails to nothing. When I asked why I was told by another tech she wanted to make them look nice and even. (Language barrier didn’t allow my tech, sandy, to answer). I will never go back.

I got my nails done here and the wait was extremely long even though I had an appointment. The young man did my nails and he messed them up tremendously. When I showed my nails to another worker I was laughed at and dismissed and I was still expected to pay over 50 dollars for a nail job that a 5 year old could have done better. The staff is always very moody and does little for conversation. I would save your money and go to a better salon.

I am here every 2 weeks and Amy does my nails she is amazingly talented and always does beautiful work... I give her an idea and let her take it from there!!! The prices are pretty good also you get what you pay for and thats great work!!! Thanks Amy!!!

My daughters and I have only ever had Jeni or Helen do our nails. They are AMAZING! They are always friendly and courteous. We have always had great experiences when going here for services.

My daughter had an appointment at 6:30 and was not taken until 7:35. I’ve had better service as a walk-in at other salons. This customer service is unacceptable.

I love this place! I started going here because it was close to my work at the time but now I wont go anywhere else. New equipment, fresh paint, and a clean friendly atmosphere!

I cant say enough about how great this place is. Ive been going there for 10 years. They are all very friendly. I have never had an issue and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done. They also do eyelash extensions and makeup tattooing!

I asked for Jeni and was told she was busy so got her mom instead. A few things:1) she used a drill on my natural nails to help get my gel polish off, which sometimes people do but I asked her not to and she did it anyway2) she let my gel soak for about 4 minutes before SCRAPING MY POLISH OFF WITH CHILDREN’S SCISSORS. SCISSORS, PEOPLE. goodbye, nails.3) she cut me several times while trimming my cuticles4) she’d paint one nail then tell me to put my hands in the UV light box instead of all 5 nails on one hand. I put my hand in there a total of 10 times. Probably the most inefficient system for doing what should have been a 30 minute appointment, I was there for over an hour.I am not from the area but if I were I would NOT go back. I’m not sure if I’d have had a better experience had I had another technician but you are only as strong as your weakest link and this woman ruined my entire day after what happened to me.

Jen is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional! Been going there a long time becsuse of Sandy but cant go there anymore because of Jen shes a RIP off! This is just 1 example of her bad business I got a fill with gel polish after 1 day was peeling off several fingers. Go back and Jen got an attitude about it. She said pick a color which I did then I get them done. She then charged me a second time! I was so upset I left and never went back again. That was it for me after putting up with those kind of incidents through the years. I wish Sandy was at another salon she does great work!

Not impressed at all. Got a pedi and it lasted MAYBE 10 min. The lady with braces really got on my nerves and was a know-it-all. Highly do not recommend. Go somewhere else. He left nail polish on my skin and did not even clean it off. Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. You will leave pissed.

As a licensed cosmetologist and nail technician myself I was tired of the weekly routine of having to maintain and care for my own nails! So I stopped into Nails 88 over 10 years ago and I meet Jeni, I had her do a full set and a design. She was absolutely wonderful, very good and all services performed in a timely fashion. In the 10 years that I have been going to her I have only broke 4 fingernails. Thats pretty amazing if you ask me. Everybody at the salon is very nice, great atmosphere they become like family after going for so long. I love love Nails 88 and I will not go anywhere else!

Complete lack of customer care, not a great job on my nails, and the absolute WORST pedicure I’ve ever had!I used to go to Nails 88 all the time. Unfortunately their quality began to slack off when business started picking up. I would always even up with a rushed job that left me disappointed. As a result, I ended up finding somewhere else to go.Recently, the girl who has been doing my nails for the last couple of years moved out of state. So, I figured I’d give Nails 88 another try.On my first visit, a guy named “Q” was my nail tech. I wanted my old set removed and I wanted a new full set of acrylics with white tip. Halfway through my nails, Q decided to go on break...he just stood up and walked away and went into the back where I could see him playing on his phone and eating a banana and what looked like soup. I thought he was going to get a tool or something when he just stood up and left but I could see him through this weird window thing enjoying his lunch after doing nothing more than gluing the tips on my nails so far. AWKWARD!! When he did finally come out and finish, the new set didn’t look all that great and I was rather disappointed. They were unevenly shaped (and I was charged extra to have them almond shaped). And there were globs of acrylic all underneath them...sharp jagged spots, dents, etc. I chalked it up to “he must be new”. And I let it go.I planned on going to a different place when it was time to get them done again and just getting a whole new set again. Unfortunately, I waited until I needed them done to call the place I had picked out based on reviews...SHE WAS BOOKED 4 MONTHS OUT!So I decided to just go back to Nails 88 for a fill until I could figure out somewhere else to go. I assumed I’d get a different nail tech this time around as they have several. I also opted for a pedicure this time as I had an event coming up.I was told I’d be getting my pedicure first and when I was seated in the pedicure chair and told to place my feel in the water I noticed TOENAILS floating in the water!!! I told the guy (didn’t catch his name) that the water was dirty and he insisted it was clean...I said “look...toenails” and he laughed and said sorry then drained the water and KINDA rinsed the tub then proceeded to give me the worst pedicure ever. Basically, he just clipped my toenails down to nothing after I REPEATEDLY tried to tell him not to clip them...but he did not understand what I was saying apparently. And my one big toe nail he clipped at an angle sideways and it looks RIDICULOUS!!! Next he cut my cuticles and when I say cut, I mean CUT!! I was bleeding!!! Then he gave me THE WORST PAINT JOB EVER!!! And THAT was the pedicure!!!Then I was left to sit there for 45 minutes as 3 other walk in customers had their nails done first and I was told....”few more minutes, let your toes dry”. MY TOES WERE DRY 30 MINS AGO!!! But they made me wait all that time so they didn’t have to worry about losing business.When I finally was told it was time for my nails, once again Q was my nail tech...once again i was VERY disappointed...and once again he left mid-nails TO GO ON BREAK AFTER I WAITED ALL THAT TIME ALREADY!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

The lady who did my nails was very sweet... although she for one did not wash her hands before doing my nails, after touching other peoples feet. Which is really gross!!! She took way too long on my nails. I got a full set & two of my nails already broke off in 2 days!!!! Waste of money and time. Im so disappointed.

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. Literally the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I went in for SNS dip nails and the lady had NO idea what she was doing. I had to walk her through it and she had to ask for help multiple times. My nails ended up being lumpy, uneven, you could see circles under them, there was unwanted color on the tips and they didnt end up being the color I had originally asked for. They used a regular clear top coat and not the SNS topcoat, so they feel rough like sand paper. I voiced my concerns multiple times but after almost 3 HOURS I had to be done with it and they still charged me $60 for terrible service. Ive NEVER paid that much for SNS ever in life. I will NOT be going back. Ridiculously disappointed.

Left nail poles on my skin and didn’t clean it off I asked for a deluxe they charged me for one and said I didn’t ask for it they will never get another dollar from me

Went there for the first time to get my nails done I told her to keep the same length she cut them short then she messed them up where they were sticking up words I went back to get them replaced they told me I didnt have an appointment I would have to come back later on that day I told her I couldnt she said sorry you need to come back I do not recommend She work too fast on my nails my friend I went with got started before me and I was finished with my nails and waited a half hour for her to get done would not recommend nails 88 to anyone

SO dirty. All of the files, buffers, pumice stones had skin/nails from other customers and none of the tools came out of sterilized packages. Everything came out of a dirty drawer or a mug sitting on the work station. Im 90% sure they even reuse the toe separators. I have no idea how this place is still open.

Burnt my nieces face when waxing her eyebrows. Totally unacceptable. Offered no apology neither.
