I dropped off 2 pairs of scrub pants to be altered a couple of weeks ago. I was new to the area and Model Cleaners. The lady that helped me the day I dropped them off was very helpful and friendly. She informed me that my pants would take about a week and that I would receive a phone call from someone once they were done. Three weeks went by until I called in to check on them. The lady that answered the phone (who was different from the first one that helped me) was very rude. She asked me two different times if I made sure I called the right store before even looking me up in their computer system. She then proceeded to tell me that they dont call people to let them know when alterations are done. When I told her that was not what I was made aware of her only response was that my stuff was done, told me I had until 7pm to pick it up then hung up on me.
