The so-called detail was horrible. I could have gone to a local car wash and gotten better. And the customer service was just as bad as the car wash. Horrible experience and I will never spend another dime there!

Ive been using them for a while with no problems,but, the last two times I went, it seems like it doesnt even clean the lower left side of my car.

Got my car detailed the other day. My carpets look fantastic!! And my car smells wonderful. But some parts of my car, like my doors still have dirt on them. There us overspray marks from the cleaner they used. There was also greasy hand prints on the outside from the cleaner being on their hands. It was a good price for the interior detail and the staff was nice. Guess I just expected better from hearing others who had GREAT experiences with them.

Im not even sure how to give this a quality review. But its pretty frustrating when you drive to the car wash and they close early. I mean I pulled off to vacuum my car. I vacuumed it out. Then I started to pull up to the carwash. I mean the people working saw me vacuuming my car. I guess they decided to leave early guess they just decided to leave early. I pulled up to the carwash at 10 to 8 and there was no one around they had the cones in front of it I guess they left while I was vacuuming. Ill change my review if I go back and get good service.

I came into town for Thanksgiving and this car wash was the first one I saw, I drove up to the pay machine and a young man came and helped me out, and for some reason my card would not work, So that same young man took his wallet out and paid for my wash $14 later and still had a smile on his face! I left a voicemail after I left but nobody has returned my call. Thank you Buggy Bath for a great experience! Great service and Great people!

Small car AvalonPaid $13. To clean .I dont know why people paying $13/ all over soap n water marks and wind shield not clean but funny part is bird poo also not got clean .when complain said do hand wash .funny took my $13/ .I wont be going . other places never had problem. When I ask for refund call manager .while manager was sitting inside but not picking up the phone just ringing when I call left message . the employee said I am new.I wont send my friends or myself for car wash.

Car came out clean but be aware they charge extra to use your debit / credit card. WHY? taking them is part of the business and should not be adding extra to my bill for it. I dont even think I saw a sign warning me they would charge extra.

The quality of the wash is neither great nor awful. Its main advantage for me is that it is convenient. I am, however, upset about a bait and switch thing that I noticed recently.They have a sign that advertises a $2.00 Bird Discount before 10:00 and after 5:30. In VERY SMALL letters it adds Classic. which is their most expensive automated wash.There is no Early Bird discount on other washes. I didnt know about the limitation to Classic until I noticed that I was not getting a discount, asked the attendant, and walked over to have a close look at the sign. By golly, it did say Classic.Then there is a small, additional change for using a card that doesnt show up until you are at the automated station paying for a wash.

Great car wash. Very fast. My car looks great Everytime. They have a great punch card. The 10th wash is free. Nice!!

$11 isnt bad price if they actually get the car clean. Bugs didnt come off. Went back next day and was told I had to scrub them off. They wanted me to pay $6 more to wash it again. Sent them an email with my complaint and never heard back. Terrible customer service!!

This is the second time that Ive been here in less than 10 days and they were closed when they say theyre open. if youre not going to be punctual and have the business open when youre supposed to be maybe you should update your information on the internet.

WARNING !! they will continue to charge your credit or debit card for multiple washes !! i went one time and got charged 5 days in a row. they get one star for no reason.

OK but not great . The back of my SUV never gets cleaned here and the dryers leave a lot to be desired . Wish they had free vacuums like the other nearby car wash.

What they dont tell you - use a debit card & they tack on an extra 2%. $12.00 car wash cost $13.08 and water marks all over. Needless to say I wont be coming here again.
