After many jobs done without any issue, you return 14 out of 21 pieces with nothing but some buffing and polishing yet charge us for plating!! Not even willing to admit your fault, just give us attitude and demand payment, which you WILL NOT get until you do the work! Newly plated pieces dont have rust and crud built up on them... One week later and still no contact from you, so we are finished dealing with or referring you, you take no pride in your work and dont even complete it, you are quite good at blaming others though, pretty pathetic!
