Clean, well-kept facility. I took my dog to check it out while walking this evening.I like the fact that the dog wash area is enclosed with one functional door. There are 3 stations, for lack of a better word. Each location has instructions. The payment/function area is clearly marked just like in a car wash. My biggest concern is that there is no reference for determining how to pay. Does the minimum $4.00 get you 4 minutes of wash, rinse, dry time??? Surely NOT...RIGHT??? but it doesnt give 4 hours either. Id prefer to have a budgeting tool like .25 is 15 minutes... or minimum charge gets you 20 minutes of time and each dollar adds an additional 5 minutes.Both the dog AND car wash areas can do touchless pay, or credit card transactions.The car wash stalls and associated vacuum areas look to be regularly scoured for debris and maintenance. OF COURSE, there is an automatic car wash stall available here. Pricing for each of the 3 tiers of wash are clearly visible on the wall as you pull up to pay.I can see me using this facility in the future. And from my first look believe others will be happy with it as well.

Excellent 24 hour dog wash, lots of options like puppy shampoo and oatmeal bath and flea and tick shampoo , deskunker etc! You do have to wait about 30 seconds for the water to go warm I noticed, and the dryer does blow cooler air but overall I was pleased with it. Easy ramp for the dog to walk up to get up to the wash and shampoo and dry area. Very cost effective too. 5 bucks got me 10 mins and that was plenty of time to wash and shampoo and dry my 60 pd 7 month old GSD puppy ! :)

Extremely dirty! Sinks filled with dog hair. Equipment broken! No water pressure! Hope my dog doesnt get sick from visiting this place. Totally disgusting 🥵😡

Really love this little shop wish they would keep it maintained. Only thing I ask is please put air conditioning in it. Very hard and difficult to walk your dog and clean your dog in the atmosphere over one hundred degrees

This place used to be decent. I went today and they had hardly any water pressure and they were all out of soaps in the machine - only thing that worked was the conditioner. So I’m left with a soaking wet German Shepherd that smells worse than before. They also don’t have a phone number to call and get a refund. Absolutely horrible.None of the water would drain either so it was a mess….

Wash my vehicle here always. Never had an issue with wash or vacuum. Worth the money.

Between 3 and 4 stars. Half of the bays werent working. Lighting was dim, but the open bays were functioning properly and the brushes had plenty of soap. Bays were somewhat clean. Equipment was east to use but the functions on the selector were sometimes unreadable

Almost everything is broken. The spot free leaves more spots then river water would have. A year ago this place was a lot better shape IDK what happened.

Dog wash is clean and nice. Only complaint was dryer not being powerful enough to dry dog but overall nice place

Their leaky pipes are causing unwanted chemicals to drip directly on the top of my car/myself, if the connection above you is leaking... it could be nice with a renovation

I have been here a few times to wash my dog. Its very simple, easy and clean. I would give it 5 stars but the card reader was broken this most recent visit. Overall great place to clean your dog.

The automatic car wash was a waste of money,My regular car wash was closed for repairs and I remembered Iron Horse.I paid 6 dollars for the cheapest wash. The sensor kept bouncing back and forth between telling me to move my car forward, to stop moving, and sometimes back up. I stood still long enough and it finally started.Most of the process seemed weak. After I was done, visible grime remained on my hood and roof. It was obvious from my rear glass that my own wiper did a better job.I would have liked for this to work because it was a non-contact process, not pulling the car through or otherwise touching it. Waste of time and money.

Clean and 24hrs plus you get decent time for a dollar on the wash..cant complain.

Great place for give your dog a quick shower, easy to use, bring a towel just in case, and just a bit dirty 🥺

I usually don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t let the rude attitude of the car wash attendant at this location go unnoticed. The way he was patrolling the car wash made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like we were doing something wrong when we were just washing our car! Also, he seemingly kicked some other customers out of the manual car wash for no reason. (My husband thinks it was because of their music, but it really wasn’t that loud and we were the only other customers at the car wash at the time.) On one of his trips around the car wash, he rudely told (not asked) us to clean up our mess after we were done, like we wouldn’t already do that. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but you should always treat customers with respect and curtesy. I will not be going back to this car wash.

Great idea! Nothing fancy but gets the dog washing job done easily! However, the blow dryer blows out cold air. Which is useless, and the dogs hate it, of course.

Great place for a quick cleanup. Lowest price for a self serve car wash. I washed my suburban for $2. If Im just needing a quick wash this is where I go. Pass at least two others on the way. They do have vacuums. Lau wasnt too being your own quarters as the are things when the bill changer doesnt check. But you can use a debit card.

NW 63rd off Rockwell. The only thing that had any chemical was prewash. Soap and spot free rinseDid not work. Wasted $6.00. This is the 2nd and last time I will use your car was. Very disappointed. My car is all water spotted and grimy (sp).

Bad water pressure

Used the automatic car wash, paid $10 for their most expensive wash, and although i wasnt expecting too much I was very disappointed that it didnt even remove HALF of the bugs from my windshield. Not worth the money even for a cheap car wash...

Took my two dogs by after walking around Hefner. Dog wash is a little humid inside but was still much cooler than outside. Wash has puppy shampoo, oatmeal, regular, and flea & tick wash. Even had a blower hose with 2 settings. Paid $5 for 10 minutes had both my 15 lb dogs washed and dried in same stall together -way easier than the tub at home!

I came here to vacuum out my car. One machine took my coins and didn’t work. Then the next machine I got to work BUT it had the weakest suction. My house vacuum has a stronger suck. I do not recommend this place if you want to vacuum your car out.

Spent 10.00 on the wash and it didnt get any dirt off. Will not use it again. Vacums worked.

The dog wash leaves a lot to be desired and it could use a deep cleaning, and the car wash side is usually out of order if youre trying to go through the auto car wash.

My sister stopped to put some oil in her car and wash bombarded by a tall slinky sob and harrassed her with my nephew in the car if you have to wash your car or your dog you deserve better than this establishment no matter what the cost to use the facility spend the extra to go to a place that will treat you right this is an unsafe place to go like I said I wouldnt even give a star if I have to but I gotta post this so others know that this place on Mueller in bethany is unsafe to go to and to the coward that harrassed my sister you can be sure I wont rest until this is resolved your actions will be known to the public

I absolutely love how they have a dog wash! Its super nice and easy, I didnt even have to bring soap. It has a thing that you can tie your dogs leash onto which helps so much because I have a fussy dog when it comes to baths

Went to wash my car. Charged my card only for the auto car wash to not work. Pulled back around to see if it would start and whoever was working there at the time made me wait 15 minutes while he looked at the video, under the assumption that I didnt pay. When he finally started it, he cut it off halfway through, so on top of pisspoor customer service, my car was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. I came here to get my car washed, not to be treated like a thief. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Spot free and rain-x selection didn’t work. 4 minutes of my wash were completely waisted because of it. Tried calling the business number to complain but low and behold, the number was not good. Classy operation.

Took my 20, called the number on building and it was not working, assistance button gives you an address. Now I understand why what looks like a great place was empty.

Only came to hose off the car before taking it back to my place and performing a rinseless wash. Water pressure was good. $1 gets you four minutes of time. Didnt use anything else so I cant speak for anything. One wash bay was closed.

Great dog wash

I went there today with the intention of vacuuming and washing my car at this facility. I was the only person at the car wash at the time and I guess the man there that day thought I was taking to much time throwing the trash out of my car and rearranging for his liking. He informed me the trash cans were for PAYING customers and if I had any intentions of paying for his businesses services. I was shocked, can you even give me time to finish before you assume Im to cheap for measly $1 vacuums? Theres plenty of nicer car washes around OKC with free vacuums than to be bothered with someone who has to be wordied over losing quarters.

Dog wash is not good at all. Could not get shampoos and conditioner to work. Water was ice cold and the dryer was cold.

I used to use this car wash all the time and liked it but lately, there is something in their products. Either the water or the soap left a horrible haze on both my trucks. Took me clay barring, 3 coats of polish and 3 coats of waxing to finally get it off. Total nightmare. The first time I didnt realize what it was but when it happened to my other truck, I realized it was the car wash. I wont go back. Its frustrating because its a nice place and near my house.
