Helpful courteous convenient service

H&R block lied to me, I paid for rapid refund to receive my return within 21 days. They never told me until after the 21 days that the IRS wasnt releasing the returns until after the 15th of February. So we paid the extra money and had to wait anyway. We feel they lied to get our money. Will not use them again!!!
