My 18 year old daughter left here yesterday with dye all over around her hairline, wet hair and once it dried her hair is grey. She asked for a Burnett shade. It looks awful and we will never be back. $75 for the worst salon experience she’s ever had.

I have been going there since my daughters wedding. We all got our hair and nails done. The stylist are good and seen to stay in tune with the lastest styles. My favorite thing is their skills in how to apply color. Their prices are reasonable and one that is one of the reasons I keep going to them.

I recently went to the Islands to get highlights and my experience was terrible. I guess I should have known when I called because they had every single day available for an appt. & every time slot available. Most salons are actually busy & have to check there schedules to get you in.The girl that was doing my hair(Kristen) was rude and unfriendly. The whole time she was doing my hair she didnt engage in any conversation with me what so ever. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & when she was finished my hair looked like the roots were touched up but that was it. Keep in mind that I asked for THICK blond highlights. Instead I got thin strands of blonde which didnt make my hair look bad but I didnt see much of a difference. She kept saying thats what I asked for, excuse me, Im telling you thats not what I wanted at least have enough decency to fix your mistake.Then, I came home & my family didnt even notice that I got my hair done. If thats the reaction that I wanted then I would have dyed my hair from a box. I then came back to dispute the price b/c I was displeased & she said the only way she would fix my hair is if I paid double the price. & the reason my hair didnt look like the one in the picture was b/c my roots were grown out.. Thats information she should have told me ahead of time. She should have said: hey, your roots are dark so it wont look like the picture & if you want the thick highlights it will cost more money. NOPE, instead she was extremely rude & then refused to fix my hair b/c I came back later that night b/c I was dissatisfied & didnt tell her immediately. Last time I checked Im the customer & she should have ATLEAST been friendly & offered to re-do my hair. Unfortunately, I had to pay her the full price & I now have to go to a different salon & pay even more money because she couldnt do her job. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
