Had three large oak trees to be cut down, trimming a magnolia tree and cutting down 2 crepe mrytles. Showed up on Sunday afternoon at 3pm. Didnt call to inform us they were coming. Started on the trees. Didnt see them again until Wednesday. Brought out a crew had all 3 cut down. Not sure what time they got to my home but worked until almost 830pm. My yard was full of debris. This went on for nearly 3 weeks. No one coming out to pick it up. We called several times to see when this was going to happen. Of course during this time we had two days of tornados and rain. But not enough to not finish the job. I put the wood on Facebook if anyone wanted it had a nice gentleman from Adamsville come get the bigger trunks. When they did show up, it was 2 guys with a small trailer that took almost 3 trips in one afternoon. Again these people didnt show up till late afternoon. After a call to complain. That evening the 2 guys showed up at 7pm and didnt leave until almost 830pm using headlamps. To run chainsaws. I wasnt happy with working hours kept. I dont like someone telling me Thier going to do something and not do it. The Magnolia tree wasnt trimmed to my satisfaction and asked for more trimming was told it would be done. Didnt happen. Was told theyd clean my roof of debris and clean out my gutters, didnt happen. Was told theyd grind all the roots didnt happen because all the debris hadnt been moved to expose the roots. Was also asked for all the money in cash or check to be paid before job was completed. I learned some hard lessons with this company I WONT repeat. If you have a small job, they can handle it. This was more than they were capable of handling. Plus due to the storms, we were being put on the back burner for more lucrative jobs, I have no doubt in my mind. We were gracious and patient, a little too understanding. None if this was our problem. So much for being nice.
