Turner Tax was very nice to me and my husband in 2019. My husband has passed away and I am useing them again this year. Good quality and good value. I would recommend.

The small business I work for uses this company to process our pay roll. Recently employees were given the option to have life insurance deducted in payroll. MIKE has made this a NIGHTMARE!!! When the Insurance agent went to the office to try to make the process easier he was met with a nasty attitude and the door slammed in his face. He has deducted money from people that don’t have policies and sent our payments to places they don’t belong. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.

Cheryl was incredible! Got all of our taxes, 3 years worth, in half an hour!! We paid $75 for each year - at least half of what other companies will charge. She was very personal, and treated me like a valued customer. If you need your taxes done, I HIGHLY recommend Turner Tax.

I have used Turner Tax for years(at least 10). I’m am always pleased with their expertise. I used to work multiple places and had a small business and they helped me through all the filing I needed to complete. I won’t let anyone else file for me. They bring peace to the process and I’m sure it’s done right

Warning WarningDo not use STRATEGIC TAXI filed my taxes on February 1 as of February 21 the state of Alabama and the IRS have still not Received my 2019 taxes. I have made several calls to STRATEGIC TAX but I only got excuses and lies from them Never had this problem when it was Turner tax

Im begging you all do not go to these people I got audit and the woman on the phone said she could care less about what Im going through so I say again do not go to these people they could care less about you

I have used Turner tax for over ten years but never again. These new people are rude. I will never use them again.

Very understanding and helpful with filing returns from past years outside of normal tax season and getting taxes in order.

Not a great experience. My fiancé used them. They told her when she got her refund back she could come and pay them. Its now been almost three weeks they called and said oh we havent sent your taxes off and we cant until you come and pay.... like really. Never again we will use them!!!!!!!!
