Sept 16 I had reserved a limo with this company. I was quoted a price of 150.00 plus 20% tip. Will Mrs. McCray the owner changed the price on what she had previously stated in her text invoice. Now the the ride became 150.00 one way. When I first contact her she gave me a price of 85.00 one way to the airport. I told no that was to much then she agreed to do 75.00 to take us to the airport and 75.00 for the return trip. So 150.00 was a good for a ride to and from the airport. Now I would have never went into a contact with her paying for a ride to Birmingham Airpot for a one way ride of 150.00.She talks fast and I did not know she was even in the limousine with the driver. I paid her but I will never use her again the old bait and switch. Check her reviews she is not a professional business person. An I am sure her limousines are not rolling out daily like that.

On the most important day of me & my daughters life, her wedding, we rented a limo for after the event. We scheduled the limo to arrive at 530, 30 minutes prior to the event ending. Unfortunately, we waited an hour and a half in 90 degree weather before my wife and I had to load up the bride and groom and take them to their destination. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions. On two of the occasions, the owner agreed to refund us, however, she has not followed up on her word. It is a shame we have to file a civil suit to get her attention. I definitely would not recommend this company for any occasion! If I could give zero stars, I would!

What a night to remember, Our driver Antonio was on time , very Professional , the limousine is breathtaking! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a limousine service!
