Normally I try to rate places with a air room for growth and development, but Crystal Coin Laundromat has a lot of room for improvement. I have been to a lot of laundromats in my life and this one is at the bottom rung on the ladder! This one is of the worst I have ever used.The lady that owns the laundromat is dismissive, rude and a micromanaging person who invades your personal space and makes you feel dumb. How she does the latter is in how she personally walks over to you and takes your clothes from your hand and puts them in the washer. She also watches everything you do and makes you feel unwelcome thereShe a year in owning this laundromat and I hope that her behavior changes because this laundromat has been a staple for years in the community and it should stay that way. If she ever reads this comment I hope that she sees this ad constructive criticism and not a personal attack. I pray for her success 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Machines are clean and staff is friendly. Prices are cheaper compared to the laundromats licated by Franks Supermarket.

Most of the machines are out of order. The place is run down, ceiling leaking all over, nasty and dirty. $2 wash it a bit high.
