Henry is the best salesman I’ve dealt with, he was genuinely honest and helped me with any questions I had. No one I talked to came off as too pushy with dealer addons or other unnecessary things. My truck buying experience was excellent, couldn’t ask for better. Very pleasant experience!

I came to get my usual oil change and also I mentioned about my car having a sudden shake when I drive. The service department knew exactly what it was and balanced my tires for me! Excellent job and top notch staff!!

When we got home about 15 minutes away every lug nuts on driver front tire was loose. I hand tightened them so I could pull down to my garage and tightened them. Had my tires balanced at premier

My car was not ready to drive off the lot after I signed the paperwork. I had to wait an hour and a half for my car to be washed and filled with gas. I would prefer not to be told my car is ready until it is ready to be driven off the lot. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the sales manager and my salesman.

I purchased a beautiful Camaro from Grant recently. The communication and transaction was perfectly smooth. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and no hassle what so ever. We had a conversation about the car I wanted. He went and got the car ready to go immediately and opened up his schedule for me to come by any time. I sent over all the financials before visiting the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting on my out front ready to test drive. We had a great conversation while I was test driving the car. I approved of the car and we quickly moved into the paper work. Their finance team was on the ball and had everything ready for me to sign and discuss. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. I just purchased a used 2016 Hyundai on June 28, 2021 and I reached out to my salesperson on July 3, 2021 and told him the transmission was slipping and that I wasn’t satisfied. I took my car and their service department took a look at the vehicle and said they didn’t see anything wrong. There was also a recall on my vehicle brake system so I scheduled the appointment and they sent a email saying exactly what I complained about is going wrong with the car. $1000 in repairs and I haven’t had the car a whole month. The sales department manager said Tameron Hyundai is lying and that they just wanna charge for extra services. Don’t go to premier in Bessemer, they just want a sale, they don’t care about you!! Took my money and gave me a lemon that’s messing up already. SMH*UPDATE: I was told to call and I have left a message more than twice this week, no call back or anything. I guess the response was for show

Terrible, waited 45 minutes to get a lease price on a vehicle. Ultimately ended up walking out without any information. Dealership only has about 20 new vehicles on the entire lot.

Upon returning to Birmingham, they picked her up at the airport to take her back to her repaired vehicle. She is now safely back in Tuscaloosa to finish her Senior year. So appreciative of their efforts, and the fact that we were still able to enjoy Christmas with her.They also did a fantastic job of explaining and fixing the problem with her car. This time when I went for a oil change. The atmosphere was different. It took 45 minutes for them to do it and also . The stood in a circle praying ! I loved that ,I was shocked . They was praying talking about God , asking them did anyone have a prayer request. I will continue to go back .

The dealership had the vehicle I posted for one price and then sold it for another price. Then when I looked online I realized that the dealership is known for doing such. So much so that they have reviews stating that and they even put it in a description for the vehicle which I didn’t see prior to. I think it is very unfair to post a car for one price to get the customers up there and then once the customer is there the price is 4-5 thousand dollars more than what you expect to pay. That is pretty much false advertisement and then they don’t want to give you the vehicle for the price that they have it listed for. I think that is ridiculous and pretty annoying.

I initially contacted them regarding a 2021 trailblazer they had on the lot on Wednesday and was immediately put in contact with Grant Copeland. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to throw together a deal with us by Friday. We secured the deal all through emails and text messages and basically just had to sign the paperwork and drive off on Monday. Grant Copeland and the rest of the staff there at premiere chevrolet definitely made this one of the best dealership experiences weve had in years! Thanks alot for everything!

I always have a pleasant experience at this Chevy dealership. When we bought our Traverse they were able to assist us in finding the best loan option to fit our budget. I bring my vehicle back here for all the services it requires and most recently had an issue that unfortunately isn’t covered under warranty, but they are helping find if there is any cost assistance. The customer service here is wonderful and I would highly recommend them to others!

After totalling my only vehicle I was in a pickle insurance payed all except 400.00 . So I was left owing on my car and without 1 . I had no down payment for another vehicle ,rental had to return on Monday, Saturday before ,Herman Wallace got us a ride with no down payment so i thank him and Premier Chevrolet lifting my worries off my shoulders

Went here to look at a truck. The battery was dead when we got into it and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Will give the salesperson top Stars for getting anything everything handled. But was a little disappointed that the lot crew would let a car like that out on the lot. Walking around I saw another car with a flat tire and several others should have been detailed before they were out on the lot.

I have to say Premiere Chevrolet made buying a new 2020 Chevy Silverado a great experience. It was really nice having a conversation through emails and the deal was pretty much made before I walked into the dealership. We just had to tweak it a bit took only 10 minutes and we were done. I got to Premiere Chevrolet around 5:45 on a Friday night and I was out the door by 6:30 with a new truck. Thanks for the excellent experience!!!

Brought my husbands truck in to have this weird noise checked out. He had an appointment at 8 am, he asked for an update around 10 and they said they were about to start looking at it. 2:00 rolled around and he asked for another update and they told him the men were on lunch and that they hadn’t looked at it yet but were planning to after lunch. 6 hours and not a single person even LOOKED at his truck to see if they could determine what was wrong — so he left. My husband only has one off day every now and then and he spent his entire day at premiere and came home with absolutely no answers. We’re very disappointed in the service department. What’s the point of appointments if it’s still going to take > 6 hours to even get an opinion.

I would not recommend buying from this dealership or getting your vehicle fixed from here. The salesman when I was purchasing, knew the budget I wanted to stick too. He quoted us $50 above our monthly amount. We agreed to it. The next day when seeing the financial department, they tell me my monthly price was $75 more than the salesmans quote. So an extra $125 than I was told. Very deceptive but I wanted that vehicle. So I got it. Then the salesman tells me Hey, we got it pretty close. No not close at all.Then was told at 7000 miles I would get a complimentary oil change, rotation and balance by the same salesman. Well guess what? Not so, they said I would have to pay for the balance.Before my free oil change, I ran over a small screw and my back left tire was loosing some PSI. Called the dealership and they told me I would have to pay $250 + for a new tire and work. They said they couldnt patch it. So I called 2 other professional tire shops and they laughed when I told them what the dealership told me. I got it fixed for $8 and took less than 10 min. And its like brand new. No issues.If you want to be treated right and not be deceived and lied too, please, dont come here. Do yourself a favor and find another Chevy dealership.

We bought a Nissan Rogue from them yesterday. Our sales representative was Grant Copeland. Grant worked with us by phone and online and even sent videos of vehicles to make sure we got what we wanted. Then that everything was ready and went smoothly. I drove down to Alabama from Ohio to purchase it. Grant made sure it was ready. And everything went great. Thank you Grant Copeland for taking such Great care of me!

The dealership did not have the color suv that I wanted, but they did find one for me at another dealer. They went to pick it up as well, which was great. There are a couple things that were overlooked as one of the tires was out of balance pretty badly and the detail job left swirl marks when they washed it (its a black vehicle, so you can notice everything on them). I had to take it somewhere else to find and correct the tire issue as the dealership informed me that new tires ride a certain way the first 500-750 miles. Ive purchased a number of brand new vehicles, and never encountered a vehicle shaking/vibrating like that. After I requested that they check again (leaving it with them), I was informed that the tires had too much air. After the issue still existed, I took it elsewhere and it drove so smoothly once the out of balance tire was fixed. They stated that they would reimburse me. The people are nice at the dealership, but taking a little more time to ensure things are done and checked correctly would have made the overall experience a lot better.
