Ladies here cant cut hair.. went twice and both screwed me up! The last girl was so distracted/ not paying attention and interested in talking to her friend. What a joke

Awesome place! I came in with really bad frizzy and dry hair long hair and they gave me a trim and got my hair looking healthy and shiny again! Also very friendly. I enjoyed the conversation while they worked on my hair and explained how I should manage it better. Thank you so much Supercuts!

Great, friendly place! They LISTEN to how you want your hair to look…no over cutting, etc. I called ahead to ask about a total color job, and I only had to wait 5 minutes!

Joe walked in, didnt have a wait and got his hair cut immediately. He was happy with the haircut and the time frame was great for what we needed.

Heather cut my 8 year old daughters hair. Kiddo has really thin fine hair and we just needed a good trim. Stylist got the job done quick. I will be going back to her to get mine trimmed. Nice place with reasonable prices.

I went in for a haircut and the lady cut my hair very badly, I do not recommend going there. She made all of my hair uneven and cut my bangs way too short.

I havent went to a hair saloon in a while, because last time I went to one they messed up my hair (not supercuts). I went into supercuts today and they did a wonderful job surprising me. I love it! Would recommend!

Went in there to get my childs hair cut. He was acting a disaster. The nice lady named April tried so har dand for so long to cut my childs hair (HE WAS NOT HAVING IT. and I eventually gave up for her.. (it wasnt gonna happen) she told me because only half his hair got cut that I didnt have to pay for it but because she tried her best I ended up getting my other sons hair cut. She did an amazing job with my second child. GO Here!

Called at 1:15pm to make sure they would have time to cut and color my hair. The lady on the phone tells me she has me down for 2pm. My husband drops me off at 2pm and the girl tells me they have approximately 4 cuts in front of me and she is about to go to lunch. There was no one waiting. So I guess they do honor appointments, just not mine. She asked if 3 would be okay. Why would I say yes when they told me 2 was good for them? Disappointed to say the least, as the only reason I got out of the house was to have my hair done.

The young ladies are friendly and helpful. This was the first haircut since the state reopening and they were following safety rules even if someone walked off. After each customer I saw that they cleaned and sanitized their area.

This is the only place I bring my young son. Hes been coming since he was 3 and the ladies here have only shown him patience, kindness, and have made it fun. I feel like we make their day when I bring him in, which makes my day. David and I say thank you.

I walked in and sat there for 5 minutes at the counter, not a single person greeted me or tried to check me in. They were carrying amongst themselves. Poor service so I just left. Coming from someone who is a manager I would hope my team would make sure every client feels welcome, and that just didn’t happen there.

Always get a good haircut and treated well. Like the hog towels. Might be a wait but not bad. Have option to phone ahead.

Been here twice with my husband and waited 40+ minutes and ended up leaving without a haircut. If this location stays this busy, theyre definitely understaffed. Wont waste a 3rd trip.

Well guys it happened. I got butchered. I hate to be this critical but this haircut warrants it. I’ve received a few bad haircuts in the past but this takes the cake. I look absolutely ridiculous. I gave clear and exact criteria as to what I wanted and the result is far from it. Again, being rude is not my intent, that being said, having my hair messed up wasn’t either. It is my understanding that Superclips itself is, generally speaking, an adequate place for a haircut. It is likely that I just had an unlucky experience, because the majority of other people have recounted their positive experiences.

I love how well they do and how consintrated they are any thing you want done with your hair gets done and if you love to chat while you get your hair cut then here is the place to go ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

This is the only place I take my 12 yr old son to get his hair cut. Such a sweet young lady named Cassie does such a good job, I only make apts with her. She also keeps him entertained and laughing. And while he gets a haircut, mommy slips off to the back to get her eyebrows waxed!

Shop has always been clean, staff is helpful, and ive never had to wait very long to get my hair cut. I would have went 5 stars if i could figure out how to get the same person to cut my hair each month! Lol!

Went here a few days ago to get my hair cut...NEVER again will i step one foot into this place...my hair is BEYOND repair. my four year old cousin could have done a better job. unless you want your hair completely screwed up i would stay away from this place!

I am very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and overall feel of this location. I absolutely love that they dont rush to get you done and move on to the next client, but take their time to ensure a good experience and a cut that works for the client.I had fried my hair from too much dying and went in expecting the worst. Lauren and the other ladies were super friendly, and Lauren evaluated my hair to see if we could treat it or needed to cut it. We ended up going with a pixie cut to get rid of the fried ends (I kind of expected that lol). Lauren took her time and really worked to give me a look that complimented my face, and I absolutely love it. Planning on keeping it short now :)

Love this salon, Lauren is our preferred stylist. She listens before cutting, great with color, is personable and does a great job!

Stylist told my son she knew how to do a fade and she had no idea what he was talking about. Good thing his hair grows out quickly. We will not be returning.

I wish I could upload a picture I just wanted a good haircut for my child the lady was nice and friendly it looked perfect I get home and brush his hair down and she literally cut it with his part so when his hair drys its completely lopsided. I will NEVER go here again
