Took my car in and after a month I still do not have my car. It took two weeks for it to be painted 1 week for it to be ready to be painted and currently is taking over a week after paint for the car to be ready.

Took my auto here for repair an 2 years later repaired still not completed run my friend s far far away from town an country in Bessemer dont be fooled by there response this is anothers town an country employee that is like all town an country employee that talks the talk but does not now nor have they ever walked the walk below is pictures of the 15,000 the were paid an they have never refunded money or repaired anything to anybody satisfaction

Super stressed about having to take my car in in the morning for. Ive had great customer service thus far but not having a vehicle to drive until the repairs have been done (possible 3+ days) really worries me. My 5 yr old and I will be stranded at our house until we get the phone call that its done. Were new to the area and have no family down here. I was told they no longer give loaner cars out to ford owners unless you purchase an extended warranty. Ive had work done on this same car at other dealerships where Im from and a loaner had been no problem. Now Im in a State, I am not yet familiar with and just getting a ride back home has been a real struggle. I just dont understand why a loaner had been no problem in my home town and now it is..Mind you, Im taking my car in for warranty work and for an ongoing issue with the transmission. Which in my opinion is Fords hiccup not mine..I will update on service and repairs once theyve been done.
