Loved it. Went 8am ish in the morning. Maybe 7 people. Nice washers they took electronic card payments. Plenty of baskets. Fast dryers. Big washers and dryers and smaller ones that cost less too. Friendly service attendants who answered all my questions.

Lots of machines available to wash/dry.Very clean. Someone could have swept up a bit but seeing that the poor attendant was loaded down with drop offs Management please schedule someone for assistance on Saturday 11:00am- 5:00pm. 😊 Keep up the great job!

Would appreciate it if the laundromat stopped playing Christian radio. Please find something more neutral or play or nothing at all.

Place really lived up to the hype, very clean, not overcrowded, plenty counter space, modern washers & dryers, 24hrs, vending and convenience counter.

Its been remodeled in recent years. New machines. New outdoor sign. Parking lot is not very large. Maybe 15 plus spots to park. And on the side a few. In back a few. With an alley entrance too. A handful a TVs spread about. Decent place. Also has WiFi.

This is a 24 hour establishment, you will found 4 different sizes loads.The place require mask on, carts are outside for load and out load your clothes they also has a service ro wash you clothes for you!

Prices range from $2.75 to $9.00 from small to large for wash. The dryer is $0.25 for 10 mins however even when on high I spend about $1.50 because my clothes are still damp after 30 mins

If I could I would give it a zero! I came in around 10 to wash. I didn’t grab my clothes out the car yet but wanted to get quarters. I had to ask the attendant to get me quarters, she watched me and my bf like we was doing something bad.Followed us to the door and threatened to call the police. We told her we’re going to get the things out of the car, she watched as we grabbed our things out the car with her phone in hand making sure we were gonna wash here! she even took our licentious license plate number down. I felt little and profiled. Is telling her we were gonna grab our clothes should’ve been enough assurance right there.NEVER WASHING HERE AGAIN

I thought it was a wash and dry for free.

I’ve been going to this laundry mat for some time now and recently stopped going. First of all ever since the “new owners” took charge everything’s changed, yes the new remodeling was nice but the service became one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would go Tuesday mornings and the lady in “charge” was rude and unprofessional, always on her personal cellphone. I had asked her about the place being under cleaned and wanted to speak to someone about it because it was uncomfortable washing my clothes, and I never heard back from the owners, only some guy Carlos which he never followed up on. I know other customers feel the same way about this place, that’s why I’m placing this on here.

Very busy place n very clean machines. My dryer went down so I had 2 loads to dry I was in n out in 20 min. Really recommend oh but remember to wear ur mask😊

Clean,24 hrs washing...you have the option of card or cash on all machines and lets face it.. doing laundry isnt the most extravagant of activities, but, hanging out here for an hour or so aint so bad.

I get there early so its always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Machines are newer and take credit cards. Go early or go late avoiding crowds is great.

No one distancing, no one disinfecting, the floor was a mess. There was a fight outside. Police were called. Machines need to be wiped clean. Filthy.

Very clean and quiet during the weekend nights. They have a coffee maker and vending machines with snacks that are fairly priced as well!!! The greatest perk is the Wi-Fi network thats free, and the outlets that are conveniently located at the folding tables!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly:)

The drier doesnt even dry. you have to spend about $5 on the “ 0.25 “ drier for it to actually dry your clothes. also DO NOT use the card machine. it’ll take $5 out not 0.25. they don’t even let you know before

I was forced to give at least one star in order to leave a review. Where do I begin? Went to use the bathroom while washing last night, I explained to the attendant that there was no toilet paper and her response was we are cutting back on costs. So, I basically had a choice of using one of my socks or holding my bladder ... I chose the latter. Let me tell you about the dryers. You get 8 minutes for one quarter and they do not dry your clothes until youve put in at least 6-7 quarters! I had two bedsheets in one dryer and it took 5 quarters to dry. It shouldve taken ONE. TVs to watch while you wash, but if you dont know Spanish, dont even bother. All TVs are on Spanish stations. Its clean but expensive and not worth your time. With having to continue feeding the dryers, it doubles your time in washing.

I like this place because its very close to home, its clean, cable tv provided as well as free coffee and the staff are friendly and offer great customer service. They also have new machines so if you forget to get quarters or just dont have enough on you, the machines allow you to use credit cards, debit, or paypal. But they still have change machines if you want to go that route. Parking available in front and back. Also you can purchase laundry supplies if needed.

I like it here. Quite, Peaceful and you can get in and out depending if you go early or not.

The location is pretty clean and the washers and dryers are new. The parking lot is a tight squeeze. They offer laundry service.

Its expensive. I didnt expect washing to cost that much- $6.25 for washing and 25 cents for 8mins of drying.Other than that, its a clean place with carts to put your clothes in and space for one to sit.

So i started visiting this laundrymat and one day i needed to charge my phone and noticed they are friendly to their customers needs and even encourage us to use their power outlets, and i fine that so cool and kudos to this place

We go here all the time its not the best but it is one of the better places. Machines are good, its pretty clean. Need to be renovated if anything. But its an ok place to wash not bad.

I have never seen a bathroom so disgusting! Old nasty counter tops old dryers barely work. The older lady on days washes clothes on her work time for other people. The younger lady is very helpful and tries to help you and clean up there as much as she can.

Been coming here for years. The attendants are very helpful. Excited to know that the new owners are redoing the whole place.

I wash clothes there every weekend. Love there free coffee and donuts. They also have free pizza nights on the week day. And lots of stuff for the kids.

So I must admit the new change in this place is great it’s brighter they have better updated washing machines and they have the card swipe on there machines. It’s clean but yep small and it can get crowded very quickly. Right next to the mall . The downside of this is they don’t have pre-wash and they dryers don’t get as hot you will find yourself putting a lot of quarters in the dryers because they don’t hot like they should. Also they $6 washing machine is smaller compared to the world largest laundry mat which is 2mins down the street. I would recommend coming in the early morning where there isn’t a lot of people. But if your like me who likes prewash and hot dryers this place isn’t for you.

I moved to Berwyn 2 months ago and this place is super close to my home. I usually come in to do my laundry in the morning and but today I decided to go in a little later. The women working at this time is super rude , at first I thought I was just like over reacting but nope I over heard here speaking to other customer washing and she was complaining about black people and being super disrespectful. So it clicked in my head on why she was being so rude to me , i have my daughter with me who is biracial and my boyfriend who is black. I kept my cool until she started to complain about my daughter moving to many carts. But she allowed all the other kids run around like crazy. This completely caught me off guard Im so disappointed. I will definitely not be back!!! Wish I didnt have to put a star

Somebody took my shoes n clothes they took the wrong dryer and ntn is too b done it was like they just don’t care at all after all the money I spent inside the laundromat today over 40 dollars too b told ntn they can do never will I ever come bk too this place at all they treated there own different from all the others while loading my clothes inside the dryer a lady was sweeping the floor in stood there looking at me until I moved out her way like I wasn’t a customer spending money this place sucks

My clothes were taken from a dyer last night. I went in this afternoon to talk to the owner, he was very rude and inconsiderate. I asked if I can watch the cameras to see who toke them, he said he doesnt have cameras. When I pointed to the cameras on the ceiling he said they do not work. I explained I have been washing there for 4 yrs, every week $30-$35 a week (do the math, thats alot of money) he said it was not his problem and walked away.For those of you who wash there, no the cameras are fake, the owner is a a rude, inconsiderate person, and the worker there today understood no English. She had to have a customer translate for her. I will NEVER go back there again.This place deserves no stars, but I was forced to put 1 to submit this.
