Lucille (not sure if I spelled it right) was one of the best customer service associates I have dealt with. She is straight forward, understanding and never too pushy on trying to sell you something. She respects you saying I need time to think and because she did that I went back the same day to buy a phone because I felt she was the best one to help me out with that. She went as far as staying after hours a little to ensure all my stuff was transferred over and my service was without any glitches.Thanks!!

I went in to return a cable box. I was in a bit of a hurry and I told Eddie that I had an urgent appointment to keep. Eddie assisted me and he checked in the equipment, provided a receipt and I was finished in record time! Thank you Eddie for your wonderful and professional customer service! Manager Lulu gave me a horrible customer service. I have three accounts here. I want to have access to my account. I have trouble to log in. She told me that impossible to access to my account. And told me that I was not welcome to stay there.I cannot this kind of person can manege the store without shut down.I went to another store and had a very nice experience.Recommend comcast fire Lulu manager.

After having lengthy incompetency with Xfinity live chat as well as over the phone regarding my internet and cable svc and their 24 call backs that I never requested the store was my last try. Not only did they fix my issues but gave me the equipment that Xfinity cancelled on me with notify. The store was very professional. Walked out very happy..

I went there to return equipment and I was helped by Eddie. He was very helpful and even informed me of promotions that I qualified for. His customer service was excellent. I didnt feel pressured to sign up for the promotions. The store also had someone there who was cleaning behind everyone and all the employees were wearing masks and social distancing was in practice.

Ive come in to this store on multiple occasions and always leave feeling like I received the best possible customer service. Specific praise for Carolina L., who truly understands the products/services offered, and the market as a whole. Professional, friendly, helpful. If youve got an issue, she digs her feet in and is willing to invest her time/energy to find a resolution. This store has a great team from top to bottom. My advice: try to plan your visit for some time other than Saturday afternoons and youll be an even happier customer. They get busy during peak hours.

I seem to have solved problems i was having but wont know for sure until another day or two, but I have come to the realization that probably only half of the sales consultants have been properly trained and instead of asking for help they just wing it and hope it comes out ok.attention to detail is what gets the job done rite,asking the proper questions and getting all the necessary info aids in getting the customers needs satisfied correctly

I upgraded my modem/router at this location today and it was the most painless Comcast experienced ever! I didnt know that these Xfiniti stores are also places where I can swap out equipment. A very nice lady named Lucy waited on me after a short wait. She scanned the barcode and verified my identity, and in a few minutes she handed me my new modem. I did this on my lunch hour and still had time to eat lunch! Wow! Thank you, Lucy!

I recently came to this Xfinity store to setup WiFi for my home. I was told if I upgraded my wifi to unlimited I’d receive an extender at no extra charge. “Extender was supposed to come in the mail” well now it’s been a month and still no extender, I talked to customer service and was told the extender was never ordered for my account. Do your selves a favor and visit another xfinity store to receive better customer service.

Went in to get internet. Month later on my bill, im paying for cable and broadband channels. Also signed up for 900 speed and somehow my bill shows 600 speed.P.S. pods dont do anything to speed. Ive had for two months and so far I only get 80 - 90 on my 2 phones.1 bar in Xfinity app.

The service and product is AMAZING. Highly would recommend to anyone. Super fast speeds at a really low price. Install was easy. My installer was Billy, and he was super quick setting everything up, did a very neat job, and was very helpful explaining all the new services/setup. Everyone should switch to Xfinity Store by Comcast!

Have ordered internet service and ca not get a tech ion to come and put a cable from the pole to the house called several times to have this done and customer service is not good at all people I. Other countries that are difficult to understand and they don’t understand you either!’ All they are trained to say is sorry!! And have you on the phone for an hour with no solution!!’ Comcast your not a good company

I bought a phone from this store. But when I wanted to cancel my service, because they raised my bill by adding an extra $15 a month I wasn’t able to talk to anyone because of COVID-19 they closed everything. Xfinity raised my monthly bill $15 when the pandemic started and then close their stores and phone lines so I can be stuck with the bill. When they open back their stores and phone lines I called to cancel but they kept on charging me because I had the automatic payment. After five months of trying to cancel the Xfinity service they’re still charging me. I cannot stress how much of a horrible company is this.

I have always had an amazing experience with Xfinity, and I recommend them frequently. I know many people feel differently, but I truly have never experienced anything but great service with them. My trip to the Berwyn store was no different. I made an appointment, but arrived early as my previous errand got done more quickly than expected. They were able to take me in right away. The associates were all friendly, and the one whom I worked with was very personable and helped my wife get the phone she wanted. We were in and out very quickly and very satisfied!

I went in on a Sunday, and was assisted immediately by Lupe. Lupe was extremely kind and helpful. She listened to my issue and within moments explained the situation, fixed the issue, and even found me a cheaper plan (TV / cable). She did in minutes what the agents on the phone could not do after 40 minutes and transferring my call 3 times.

I wanted to upgrade to a new phone, but I wanted to call the store first to see if they had it in stock. All I can find over and over is the general 800 number. I called the Xfinity number and talked to an agent. She tells me there is no store number BS and she does not have access to there stock to see if the phone is available for purchase. Ok NP no money for you guys. Time to switch service.

I should have gone to Orland like my coworker suggested. I called AHEAD of time to ask what documentation i needed to pick up my modem, as my wallet was stolen and I didn’t have my ID. They said that it “wouldn’t be a problem” and that all i would need was the account number, the email, etc. I get there and they wouldn’t give it to me. I explained that my wallet was stolen and the person on the phone said I didn’t need one and she gave me an attitude. The people in this store need lots of training. I went to a DIFFERENT STORE and had no issues

When I visited the store I was informed by one of the salespeople that they dont handle any type of equipment in the store. Now, Xfinity told me they most certainly do and that I should take my old equipment there. They also have no phone to call to find out if new equipment has arrived. Shame on Comcast.

Dont trust anyone from that store. Went in asking for the cheapest service and was lied too And got a $90 a month service. I had to call customer support and was able to cut my bill down $30. They are crooks.

Mr. Neelo Bynum is very helpful and very respectful. Everytime, Mr. Bynum tries his best to help in spite of the frequent technical manipulation by COMCAST by changing my services plan without my permission. I hope that COMCAST will have a better way to clarify the details of their services and to allow the customers to give real time feedback. Thank you all at this X-finity store in Chicagoland!

I went on a late Saturday afternoon to return my equipment and cancel my service. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a sale associate to help me. Even after I said i wanted to cancel they still tried to sell me service and a discounted rate. The store was clean, the wait wasnt bad, I have been in worse before but it was just the Xfinity store experience that made it bad.

Long time Comcast/Xfinity customer here so I have a great deal of experience dealing with Comcast from Internet, cable, home security and now Xfinity Mobile. Knowing that we were nearing the end of our mibile contract, I decided to stop by and get the low down on Xfinity Mobile. As luck would have it, I work nearby so decided to stop in on my lunch break one day and boy am I glad that I did! The crew at this Xfinity location are good at what they do but Eddie Meza is next level rock star!! He broke it down for me but good. Gave me all the details about the phones they offered and what phones we could bring along, the service options including plans and pricing and how it all worked, what current promotions they were running and just layed it all out in terms that were easy to understand and after talking with Eddie, is was a no-brainer. End result, I brought my wifes iPhone in during lunch and Eddie made it easy to get the service transferred to Xfinity Mobile, he set up my wifes iPhone and hooked me up with a sweet new iPhone and made it all easy! I was very happy with the pricing because since we already have Comcast at the house, we can save $40 right off the bat switching from our old carrier, they offer by-the-gig or unlimited service and theres no contract. It was like a win-win-win and with Eddies help, the transition was painless ans simple.Do yourself a favor. If you have Comcast at home, use a mobile phone and can get to this Comcast/Xfinity location, get yourself in and talk to Eddie. Youll wonder why you waited so long and you can thank me later!!

This is why people hate the cable company. I’m sitting in the XFinity store trying to purchase the xFi Pods WiFi extender. I see them on the shelf. But the store creates a logjam of customers with no ability to simply purchase and leave. Instead they fail at creating an “Apple Store” experience and just have a bunch if frustrated customers waiting in their store for a “sales executive” to service them - worse then waiting for a “window” at home. Worst customer experience EVER! Major FAIL Comcast!!!

Bad service, apart from the fact that they treat customers badly, they cut the internet before the payment date is due, I say it because it happened to me.The staff is not trained to deal with customers, for that you have to be very passive, something they do not have.
