GO HERE FIRST! Highly Recommended! Free Estimates! Work done while I Waited!We went into work on thursday and our computer wouldnt start. It is at least a 10 year old computer and Dan was the gentleman who helped me on the phone and based off of our description he said it was probably the main power box. He said he had a replacement in stock and to bring the computer over. I brought the computer over, he changed it out and it still didnt work, so then he did some tests with his handy testing devices and determined that there were many other problems with the computer. I was there for about 30-45 minutes watching him work on the computer right in front me. Once he determined it couldnt be fixed, he offered where to go to buy a new one at the best pricing. For all this at any other computer repair shop would cost large amounts of money, but the Diagnostic, Changing parts, and Testing were all free of charge. I would highly recommend calling Dan and talking to him first! Even though I am upset about the final outcome, it is entirely the fault of my computer and not Holiday Computer Repair.

I just spoke with Dan for the first time.After finding him on the internet, about my printer not working.Its happen other times, in the last few years.And. Like I told him.I always get it to work.Sometimes in 5 minutes.Sometimes in 5 hours, over a couple of days.But this time. No luck.And I was getting annoyed.After about 30 minutes.Due to me moving slow. Having things on and around my desk. Tower and printer.And not being able to do a remote connection.( I was having a little problem with that too )He walked me through the printer problem. And it worked.He is a nice. This guy knows computers. I called and described the problem I was having with my laptop. He was very friendly and told me to come right in. I got there and the guy cleaned my computer from the inside out right in front of my eyes, while explaining the details and importance of the programs that he had to removed and the programs he added for my convenience. His pricing was unbelievably reasonable. I left out a little more knowledgeable about computers and extremely pleased that all my computers mishaps were resolved.
