GO TO CERMAK AND RIDGELAND. This place lied and stole money from me. They charged $7.75 for a money order...the one at Cermak and Ridgeland charges $3.30 for the SAME AMOUNT.You can not electronically deposit the money order from them, so 10 minutes later I asked if I could please return, they said not without waiting a week and paying a fee...I then asked if I could just send Western Union with the money order and they said they dont do Western Union...THEY ADVERTISE FOR WESTERN UNION ALL OVER. So, the person the order was for had to cash it and got charged $58...at the Cermak and Ridgeland Currency Exchange said they would have voided the money order at at most charged $1. They also said that this place is supposed to do all the services but CHOOSE not to.All in all I lost $120 I dont have (extra $60 Western Union fee) just to put cash into someones account. Unreal.Bottom line, JUST DRIVE DOWN THE STREET TO CERMAK AND RIDGELAND. They were nice and knowledgeable, not dismissive and idiotic (the lady is just a placeholder to stand there and ask the other one questions)I never write reviews like this ever, but I am fu*#ing livid.

AVOID AT ALL COST. LAZY, HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DONT ACTUALLY OFFER THE SERVICES THEY CLAIM TO. NO NOTARY. NO WIRE TRANSFERS, SUPER HIGH FEES.

Visited on a Monday afternoon, lady behind the counter had an unpleasant demeanor and seemed upset about being asked a question. Wont be going back.

The lady has no manners, she offer horrible service looks like she is working for free. Not going back to this place even when I live close to them.

WORST CURRENCY EXCHANGE EVER. The Saturday I went to this place, turned out to be training day. So they have one person that doesnt even know how to transfer plates and title(useless person). And an (supervisor) that knows how to do everything. So finally there are 9 people in the line of the worker that can people. And no one in the new workers line, because all she can do is give change. You think she would be reading material on how to work at currency exchange or something. BUT NO. she just sits there looking stupid, not doing a damn thing. No manager to be found. They give me wrong name of supervisor. AVOID THIS CURRENCY EXCHANGE

Hard time getting these ladies of the cell phones then not doing what you need them to do I went to the currency exchange on cermak and ridgeland no problem avoid using the currency exchange on home and cermak lazy people beware identity theft hard to trust these women. Youve been warned.

These ladies dont like to work. When you walk in its like your an inconvenience for walking in and disturbing there phone time. You need new employees

Very unprofessional answering personal phone calls while helping a customer. Rather a million times go to Cermak and Ridgeland. Get new employees!

Horrible service the girl was on a personal call and looked upset cause she had to work.
