Mark and his team were on time and did a thorough walk through before they got started. Throughout their work, they told us about all the services they offer. We asked if they would be able to come back for our upholstery and they added that service to today’s visit. Our white linen chairs are like new. Not to mention our carpets look like they were replaced with new. They happily went over heavily trafficked areas again to ensure we were satisfied with their service.

My wife and I just recently moved into our new home. We had purchases a used sofa, loveseat, and dinning room chairs which all needed upholstery cleaning. Especially with the pandemic going on, we wanted it cleaned immediately. I scheduled online and got a call from their service team within an hour. I told them my situation and they worked me into their schedules. The gentleman that arrived was wearing a mask the entire time which made us feel really safe. He worked really hard removing the hand prints on all chairs and arm rest, and they now look amazing!

These guys did a remarkable job of cleaning our carpet. My carpet had a small hole but it was getting bigger and bigger. I called J&R Carpet Care to see if it can be repaired. They came, examined the hole, and returned in 2 days with materials to fix it. They did an excellent job, and the hole was fixed without any sign of it. I was very happy as it saved me the need to buy a new carpet.

Nobody recommended me about J&R Carpet Care but I came to know about them because of their good service. They are really amazing in serving us the best. The carpet of our house was almost 9-year, full of dirt and irregularities. I was even thinking to replace it with a new one. But, they made it almost new again. Thanks so much Jeff and the rest of your team from J&R Carpet Care. I called Jeff on a short notice to clean up my office’s carpets and he agreed to come on the time I had requested. Although the carpets were embedded with a lot of dirt, they had powerful tools and effective detergents to help them do the clean up easily, exhaustively and quickly.
