Theses young guys tell better jokes then they give cuts! If the cut was free... Id still be upset. Please listen more and ask more questions. So Id go with someone thats got facial hair and hope for the best. But me? Im good.

My first time here, came as a walk in, was taken care of fast, Chuy cut my hair, he did a great job, the place was clean, friendly.

Son called on a Friday to set an appointment for Saturday they told him he didnt need an appointment and they open at 10am. He gets there at 10 am on Saturday and they tell him there were 3 people ahead of him so my son sits and waits. He waited almost 2 hours and he asks the guy how many people ahead of him and they said they think 2.... they completely went past him and took 2 other people we had a prior engagement so he had to leave. They told him they opened at 10 on Sunday so we drop him of at 9:55am for the guy inside to tell him the barbers wont be I in until after 12 to come back. He comes at 11:55 for them to say they arent taking walk ins because they are short on staff. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. If they would have said it from the get go that they were going to be busy and not take any walk ins from the start instead of making him come back and forth it wouldnt be an issue but they obviously have BAD communication skills as this is not the first time weve had issues at this establishment because of lack of knowledge on what the barbers are doing for the day.

This place usually gives real cool and clean cuts, been coming here for a while,but the second guy from the left doesnt really care what you are telling him and his hands are shaking ,so wouldnt recommend him but everyone else are fine!

Needed a hair cut asap and every place was full. I called here and they said they werent very busy. I stopped by and everyone was very friendly, talkative and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

My kid came in 2 days in a row as soon as it opened and they turned him away saying they wont be open for 2 hours then comes back and they say not taking walk-ins super unprofessional and this was after we called 2 days prior to setup an appointment will never give them business again and will never recommend

Bring my kids here and they always take care of all 3 sometimes it’s the owner or different barbers. kid friendly and very welcoming vibe.

The shop is well decorated and the barbers are friendly. Victor did a great job with my hair and took his time. I did not feel rushed at all. The environment was very friendly and lots of jokes going around. Price was reasonable. Availability was quick.

First time I go to platinum fades for a haircut. Usually I get my haircut somewhere else, but my go to spot was still closed. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to see me within 30 min of me calling. Noe did an awesome job cutting my hair. This place is close to my house, so this will be my new spot.

Good barbers but don’t schedule any appointments at 10 am they are too lazy to open that early and will have u wait past opening

Called ahead to see if an appointment was needed. I was told walk ins are welcome. What they failed to say was that it would take two hours and they still wouldn’t see you. I left without a hair cut. Won’t be going back.
