I used to love this place when it was on 16th and when Take the Barber worked there. I went there the other day and probably got the worse service I have ever on a hair cut. Whoever the Big Guy in the corner is only cares about money. He was talking about how he owed someone money and how I was an “easy cut” I asked for a number one on the side and a fade into the top. He literally ran the buzzer around my sides. Didn’t clean up the sides or anything. He didn’t do anything I asked him. I left because there was literally nothing I could do. Luckily its not crooked and I can still manage to do something with it. Be warned if you’re reading this. DO NOT GO TO ACE OF FADES!!!!

Good fades all day..... the puertoricans get down in there....... watch out for new guys or else your fade is a line and your forehead lining will be to your ears have you looking like a thumb

This is an exceptional barber shop worth every visit. I always take my kids to get haircuts and all the staff are very friendly with all the customers. They do different types of styles and the results are amazing.Thumbs up!!!!

It’s hit and miss with this barbershop. I think most of them do not cut black people hair because whenever i come in people just sit in their empty seat sometimes they don’t even acknowledge I’m here. Definitely cannot taper looked like I had a bowel. I gave multiple chances because 2 people here actually did good but today was my last time I need consistency.

Took our twin boys that are 14 yrs old to get a hair cut , we decided 2 separate barbers but when it came to paying one guy said $20 and the other said $25, I asked why are charging more than the other and he responded (all barbers charge different). I just think if these are the rules than maybe it should be posted . It’s not the customers fault that some barbers are late to pay for their chair or bills

This has been my barbershop for 2 years. Great haircuts. Nice people and good customer service.

Its sad how this place fell of real hard, back when they were at Ridgeland Ave & 16th St they were booming, especially around 2006-2008 era everyday was busy, what happened now? Barley even busy now, if they had a good thing going at that location why change it you know.

That air compressor that they use to blow hair off of you is very loud and annoying. It scares the hell out of me even when I am aware that they are about to use it.

They left a big flashing open sign on, and a sign that proudly proclaimed,walk ins welcome, but the door was locked and there were no posted hours.

I had a really bad experience in this shop. The barber that was cutting my hair was awful and I believe he was on something. Nicked me all the time and wanted to overcharge me. Never will I go to this barbershop again.

Ridiculous! Walk in for a blowout and he leaves with a taper instead... joke for barbers youre better off getting a haircut from a barber still in school!
