Went to the facility today and spoke with Lauren. She was so very good and helpful, as well as another staff member I talked with on Monday. I would definitely recommend this location .

All- around negative experience with this storage company. I registered online for a certain size storage unit that was supposed to be available (on the first floor) at this location. Upon arrival, the only thing available in this size is a corner unit that has about 1/3 of the floor space taken out by an angled wall. The staff was unwilling to compromise on price or discount another unit to accommodate my move. **Also, multiple administrative and lock fees that arent mentioned when you register for a unit online.. #hiddenfees.THANK GOD I was only moving a few things myself and didnt have hired movers. That would have been even more of a disaster. After settling for the smaller unit (and still paying the full price) I called the 1800 number that the manager gave me. I left a message for the escalation department and never heard back. So basically their idea of customer service is take it or leave it.The final nail in the coffin was a $26 late fee that was assessed after a call center staff member gave me bad information about my payment schedule. Im a loyal, honest, and hard working customer. Ill take my business to a company that appreciates that.

I hate to have to re-post my negative review, but Ive had an absolutely horrific experience with this location. To quickly summarize, I reserved a unit online in advance of going and was quoted $53 for the monthly rate. When I arrived at the location and completed all the paperwork, that total suddenly updated to $63. I was confused, but the on-site employee said he was unable to override it and would reach out to the district manager to resolve it. After a couple of months, the district manager finally confirmed that (after dealing with a technical bug) they were finally able to update the price to what I was quoted. This worked correctly for two months until my total randomly increased again. I reached back out, and this time a new district manager told me they were unable to support my request to honor the rate I was quoted. I have since called and left messages to resolve this, but they do not respond to me. This has been going on for SEVEN months.To clarify, the company is refusing to honor the price they quoted me for the space I am renting. I have now moved across the country and am stuck paying an unfair rate for my unit. Im at a loss of the horrific customer service Ive received and cannot fathom how they are able to operate with so little integrity.

I utilized my storage unit for about 5 months while transitioning between homes. I think the space for the price was incredibly affordable. One downside I experienced was when I went to move out on May 1, there was a padlock on my unit. I was moving out around 1:30 and there was no attendant to help me into my unit. The lock that I had purchased for 17$ as my own was cut and they did not offer to replace it it reimburse me for it. I waited at my unit on my move out day for about 15 minutes when Terry showed up. He was a very nice and helpful person. He got me in my unit very quickly and even got me checked out while I was packing my stuff in my truck. So Terry was great help. I just wish that Public Storage would have thought to inform me that my lock was being cut and would have refunded my money for my cut lock.

This place is great! Terry was AMAZING! He made checking into my unit stress free and easy. Everything was explained clearly and he was able to answer all my questions professionally and with ease! Online price was $1 first months rent. When I opened my unit, it was $60 that day for the lock and everything. They should be more informative on their website so people are prepared to bring more money when opening unit. Then on top of that, they tell me I owe $55 because my unit was opened towards the end of the month and I was “pro-rated”. I was never told anything about this little pro rate when I opened my unit as I verified multiple times about the first months rent deal. I called Tahir the property manager and he tells me “well, there’s nothing I can do about that”. So he gives me the customer service number. I called them and they said I need to talk to the DM, Marisa. They gave me her number and I left her two voicemails. Almost two months later, she never returned my call yet I’ve been paying into them. The prices aren’t too too bad, but they need to work with their customers better. Especially since the whole reason people usually get storage units is because of financial issues/hardships. I am only still paying them because I currently can’t afford to go move my stuff elsewhere. I’d love it if there was somebody higher up I could speak to about this, because I feel I was misinformed during sign up time and apparently their own district manager can’t even return calls.

The customer service there is amazing. Thair and Anita were very helpful in finding a unit for me the day I walked in. The only thing is that there are no available dollys to help move things after the office is closed. Besides that, everything else was great.

I originally went to unload at a competitors locations and their storage space was not big enough at all, so they referred me to PS and I pulled up 45min before closing. Terry welcomed me and my truck with open arms. He is SO cool!!! He processed my paperwork, was so friendly, helpful and just fun to work with. I appreciated his personality, especially since I pulled up at the last hour with a fully loaded 14 truck.The facility is really clean, very convenient to load and unload and overall impressionable.

This is my first time getting a storage unit and was a little afraid of what I was walking into. Since my uncle tried to discourage me from doing it talking about mice and such. But when I went in to check out the location and finish the reservation I was very happy to find the location was clean, the storage unit was a bit dusty BUT clean other than dust which is to be expected from an unused unit and from what I was told later. Thair helped me out in finishing the reservation after showing me the unit and telling me what elevator to use when I come in and letting me know there were parking spaces close to the elevator, which for myself is great not being able to do long distance walking. He even informed me as we walked down the hall towards the cross way that my storage unit was near the elevator which it was literately around the corner and the second unit. Which again was perfect. The check out process was quick and painless, a little more than what I was expecting but then realized there normally are fees above but was explained them all. As far as the dust thing I mentioned earlier Thair did let me know that the items within the unit would get dusty as it is like storing in a garage in that way and mentioned getting tarps to cover everything mentioned that they do sell them BUT didnt insist on getting them there again something I appreciated. Did let me know they had hand carts when the office was open and didnt blink an eye when I had to make two trips down to get one since my car can not hold a lot of the size of storage boxes I was packing into the unit on the move in day. Will defiantly recommend this location to anyone needing a unit near where I live.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. My move was running way behind, and arrived at the location at 5:55. The office was closing at 6:00, and I still needed to fill out all the paperwork. A young woman, (Darlene, I believe) was getting ready to leave. Out of the kindness of her heart she stayed for an extra half an hour to make sure I could get settled in. Thank you!

After 7 years of using Public Storage, we emptied our unit this morning. I would like to say that I always received excellent service at this facility. The hallways and parking area were kept neat and clean. Our organization used the facility to store files and other items. We left simply because our budget doesnt allow us the expense of the monthly fee. Thank you!

My experience with Public Storage was nothing but exceptional. Darlene showed me the facility including my storage unit and also checked to be sure my code worked for the gate. She also made sure I had covers for my mattress. She was very personable and a lovely person to work with. Public Storage should consider themselves lucky to have such a great employee!!

I would like to praise Darlene who was managing the Public Storage in Berwyn, IL where I have had lockers over the past decade or more. I was moving to a smaller locker. Darlene was very busy with a homeless woman and a man and his father when I came in to change my locker. I was so impressed with the way she handled the homeless woman. She was respectful and kind, but she also handled her with fairness and firmness. When she finished with those folks, she accommodated my request efficiently and carefully. I had an issue with my old lock and she resolved my problem quickly. Its great to have people like Darlene working for Public Storage.

I booked a rate online, which was great. However they fail to inform you that there is required insurance, as well as a required fee to pay for the lock. Needless to say, i spent more money than expected at lease signing. Besides that, everything was great, Mike was very helpful and showed me a couple of units to best fit my needs. Mike made sure to answer any questions I had and was pleasant to work with!

When I arrived for my reservation I was greeted by Thair and Natalie. They were both very pleasant. They took me step by step thru the process to completion. The unit I reserved was available and the price I was quoted upon making my reservation was the same. Although, they should let you know on the site that you are required to have insurance on your unit; the prices are fair and reasonable. I had a great experience thus far!

Ive used this storage location quite a few times over the years and I have never had a problem with insects or mice, until recently which is why I gave them a 4 star rating. Someone moved in with their bugs and I saw two huge roaches in our unit which my husband killed immediately. We took pictures and informed the manager, I was assured that they were aware of the problem and had recently had the building exterminated. There was also a leak in my unit this time but the manager promptly handled that issue as well. All in all its really worth the money. Its also very clean and the staff is very nice.
