Caliber Collision in Berwyn on Ogden has the best service around. Friendly, knowledgeable on all levels, does the best for the customer and is awesome in follow up to letting you know where your car is during the repairs. They have had my business for over 10 years and needless to say I have teenagers that think the car needs a re-design on the body shape of our cars. and Caliber Collision always makes it look like it just came off the showroom floor. Not only have they fixed our cars numerous times but I have taken my bosses car there as well as several friends and they all have said the service/work performed is amazing. No joke, I would not go anywhere else as their quality of work is 2nd to NONE. I have a car there now and just cant say enough about their service. Please note there are many repair shops from my house to Caliber Collision and I know they give it thier best as if they are fixing thier own car.

I received a telephone call that my vehicle is done and is ready to pic up. I was not able to pick up due to EXTREMELY poor job quality. The Caliber in Carol Stream re done everything with a great job quality. That was a long road of my frustration. I had to use a rental car for a month. The repair estimate was 7-10 days. I was very disappointed in Caliber Collision of Berwyn.

I had a warranty repair that was done at another location prior to it being Caliber Collision. The shop was very helpful, got the warranty taken care of with great quality. Joe Milano helped me to get it fixed even though it was done at another location. Great customer service from the entire team!

Every employee I encountered was super friendly! They are very professional and fast! I went in for a bumper fix on my 2019 WRX after being rear ended and they left it looking like new! They matched the white perfectly. Not only did they fix it, it was also washed and vacuumed at time of pickup. I loved that they also send updates via txt which is optional. This place in Berwyn on Ogden Ave is awesome. They got my transmission fixed up and my steering components replaced in less time than I was expecting. High quality work and transmission feels like a brand new car. Also people are terrific and extremely helpful!

For my first experience dealing with body damage that wasnt my fault they made the process quick and painless. Very special thanks to Sam, Jamal and Joe!! The team communicated wonderfully and made me feel safe to keep my car in their hands. I wasnt able to pick up my car as soon as they were done, so I had to come the next day which was a Saturday and theyre closed however, Jamal came in on his day off to release my car to me! I knew he didnt have to do that, but that meant the world to me! Saved me time and money since I still had a rental. The work done on my car was done beautifully! The shop was one of the preferred State Farm partnerships I needed my drivers door repaired from a hit and run insurance claim. The shop handled my repair with professional timely service and good communication throughout the process.

Unfortunately I have had a few accidents, but I find comfort in knowing my vehicle will be good as new when it comes back to me! Not only are the employees polite and down to earth, they are professional and leave your vehicle looking like new. The vehicle was done before the actual done date, and they keep you updated as they make progress. Youre never in the dark, they explain everything really well. This place is my go-to always!

Getting into an accident is a negative thing. I am glad that I chose Abra to make things better. Joseph Milano made my life so much easier. When I dropped off my car he took me around my car and explained what needed repairing from the accident. He also looked at the rest of the car to see where he can help fix the other dents, dings, and scratches. I knew I was getting a good quote for the other damage. I was so happy to find out that he had reserved a rental for me even thought I did not need it. It was nice of him to anticipate my needs. I felt welcome and like I was not just a car to be repaired. He took a few minutes to have a conversation with me. He knew I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. That meant a lot to me. He gave me a good estimation of how long they would have my car and it was accurate. During the time my car was being fixed I received text messages letting me know the status and even a phone call the day before my car was ready, so I can prepare to pick it up. Joseph greeted me with a smile and a good handshake. He remembered me, and I felt greatly appreciated as his customer. He pulled my car around and it looked AMAZING. Joseph and his crew did a great job. My car was cleaned and detailed. As I was getting ready to leave he let me know that I could always come back even if I just needed my tires checked for air or windshield wipers replaced. I just may do that the next time I need air or wipers. He would be happy to help me out with anything I needed for my car. I hope I never get into an accident or have any damage to my car again. Went in for a estimate and no written estimate was provided just a verbal even though I had asked for one. I was told that if parts being taken off to do the painting if they were damaged in the process I would be asked if I want to pay for new ones or put back the damaged ones . Who does that?

I recently sent my car, a 2016 Lexus, here for repairs after a collision. The total I paid was $16,000. For that amount paid, I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. I would imagine if one pays that much money, the work would be phenomenal. Even if it’s the little things. The upholstery is all messed up, and “service” lights are always on, just to mention a few. I tried to get someone to at least fix these problems since I paid so much, but I’ve been ignored. Even got an attitude from these people, as if I was asking for something free. To think that they kept asking for a great review and what not before the job was done. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They just care about the money. If I could give NO stars I would.

Its been about a year since we got our truck fixed and little by little the flaws are coming out. Instantly we noticed the interior lights were no longer working they checked fuses and they couldnt figure it out so sent me to an electrical place. Too bad that was something we didnt notice till that night we got the truck back....since it had left I got the run around. Now my headlight gave out which they had switched out and the inside is all tapped up because it was a loose fitting since the beginning. Itd be nice to be able to see the before and after inside because u never see that. And to see the amount they charged my insurance is crazy for the job the did. Car star will still be my go to place.... unfortuntely Ibread good reviews on this place that was more local to me so I switched but Ive leaned my lesson.

Great customer service, quality body work. Ive had my car in twice for work, and they do a great job. Both times, Joe told me not to just get a paint job, but that finding an after-market part would be more cost effective. He was right.Also, Ive brought in my car for minor things, and theyre always helpful. The other day, my fender popped out of the main part of the car body, and I was going out of town that evening. I figured Id just run it by Abra, see if they could at least show me how to fix it. A young guy at the front desk, next to Joe, got some fancy perpendicular drill and quickly fixed up my very jacked fender, free of charge. I feel bad, because I didnt even catch his name, but this was Friday November 9th. Anyway, hell of a nice guy and he really helped me in a pinch. I will never take my car anywhere else for bodywork.

I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service, follow up, repairs and results. Sam at the desk is well knowledgeable regarding the process, insurances, possible turnaround time and repairs needed. She was absolutely attentive and open for questions. I left the shop feeling comfortable that my car would be in good hands..and I was right! Joe, the general manager was fantastic at calling me and updating me on where we were at with parts needed, what needed to be repaired and how long it would take. He was never selling me a dream. He was realistic and also patient with my several questions. Picking up my car was a breeze. You are always greeted coming in and the gentleman drives ur car up to the door ready for you. Abra Auto Body wont take your work if its a total loss. Body shops have to take pictures, make reports, and submit paperwork to the insurance companies they do business with. But if its a total loss, they dont get paid as much as if they repair the vehicle. Abra Body said they couldnt write me an estimate, and that I should contact my insurance company to figure it out.Body Shops are supposed to either do the work, or write it off as a total loss according to the contract they have with the insurance company. Would not recommend this place either.

Abra repaired my White KIA Optima Turbo SXL back to like new as it was before the car accident. It looks and feels great! Unless I tell someone that it was in a car accident, they would never know hahahaThe customer service was excellent. The shop technicians were pleasant when i first arrived and couldnt find the office. The sales folk, Joe, Sam, and a couple others, were very nice and slowed down to inform me and answer questions I had. They did not sugar coat things, they said the car was pretty bad but that they would do their best, to which i was very surprised at how well and flush the finished job was.The experience and the quality of the workmanship and repair service I give 5 stars!Details:The car was the middle of a 3 car accident. It was hit from the rear at 35mph at a red light and pushed into the car in front. There was roughly $9600 in damages.The trunk was bulged in. The exhaust was bent. All the rear panels, trunk lid, and bumper were cracked, smashed, and lifted. The front bumper was pushed in.i had my doubts that it could look like it wasnt damaged and I was also worried that the white on the replaced and repaired parts would not match the rest of the car.Im excited to share that there is no evidence of the accident on my car. All the electronics that had malfunctioned after the accident work great. And the white that makes the car look gorgeous is flush from front to back.Plus an extra service which is not necessary but i always appreciate as a sign of a first class business is that they did their work without dirtying the interior and washed my car before delivering it back to me.I cant speak for other locations but this one represented Abra well. If you need repairs to your priceless car and the quality and care of its repairs is higher on your list of priorities over money, then i would highly recommend.Godforbid something happens to my Lexus, this is where i would take it. I trust the brand for the standards they upheld.

Fast and reliable

Needed a bumper put on my car and this guy name joe I guess is the manager there say put down 500 dollars for the parts and he’ll do the job so ok kool I give him the money thinking there where gonna work on my car so Friday comes around he decided he wants to change his mind about working on it and didn’t even have all the parts for the car for what I spent on the parts which I could of went somewhere else for parts a lot cheaper for the bumper to match the car as well so I’ll tell anyone about this place is bad service for people to spend the hard earn money with some one that has a attitude about it
