Derek and his crew were awesome. I called on a Monday and was scheduled for the same week. They were estimated to arrive at 8:00 am, they arrived 15 minutes early and finished 45 minutes earlier than expected. They were professional and friendly. He even found another tree that really needed to be removed, and did it while he was there. They are very reasonable with their pricing and I would highly recommend them. A very reputable company - reviewed all my trees and only 1 to remove and trimming of others. He could have said others were dying and I would have not known the difference. So, unfortunately one old beauty comes down but the others saved. A company to trust!

Awesome service, he answered my phone call the first couple rings & was at my property to do the quote within 15min. Gave me a very reasonable price on the work so we set up a service date & Was here exactly when he said he’d be. Between set up, the work itself, and packing up to leave took about 40min (by himself). In that time he cut the 3 trees we originally agreed on. Then (for free) cut another 3-4 20ft dead trees...highly recommend & will definitely be calling for future work!

We hired Timber Falls Tree Care to have 2 huge oak trees cut down in our yard. There was not a lot of room to drop the trees. Derek, the owner, is very professional and skilled. It was awesome watching him surgically cut limbs that hung over a fence. Derek was responsive to texting, including sending me a text in the morning for ETA. TFTC was very reasonability priced and is fully insured. Give TFTC a call if you have any tree needs.

Ive used Derek for multiple tree removals on my property and I wouldnt hesitate to use him again in the future. Hes prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Theyve always cleaned up their mess and I truly couldnt be more satisfied with their service.

I contacted numerous tree services to get prices on the removal of a group of large oaks along the waters edge, none of which returned my calls besides Derek. Derek came to my home the next day and provided me a quoted price that I felt was very reasonable while also proving to me his knowledge of his trade. Derek then agreed to work with the town to permit the trees to be removed, which isnt a easy process. Derek made numerous trips to my house to meet with town inspectors, and was always willing to help me out in anyway he can. We were finally permitted to remove the trees, and Derek scheduled and executed the tree work as agreed upon. Derek removed 5 large trees from my property, with no damage to my lawn or nearby structures. Derek even came back days later after I requested to have the stumps cut down lower, which is greatly appreciated. Derek was always a pleasure to work with, and he always had a positive and kind personality. Derek and his crew did an amazing job cutting down about 30 skinny red pine trees in one day for a very great price. They were very thorough, worked safely and cleaned up everything afterwards

WOW, I am very impressed. Derek came by the next day when he said he would and cut my difficult tree down, expertly and pulled a huge row of hedges and shrubs out. Much better than a few other local guys I have dealt with in the past who just show up weeks later with no notice whenever it is convenient. I highly recommend and will use Timber Falls again should an issue arise.

Derek arrived to the job early, on the expected date, and was very professional in all his communication (returning phone calls and while in person). He is reasonably priced and is very good at what he does. Part of the work he did was over a fence and did not damage anything between my house and my neighbors house (all close proximity). He also combatted that stubborn bittersweet vine at the top of 2 dead trees really well. Derek went out of his way to work with me and I could be more appreciative. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone seeking tree help!

This guys were amazing, they took down two of my maples, cleaned up the driveway better than it was before they got here, and even moved some of the wood to my fire pit area for me. The were courteous and professional the entire day. I highly recommend them, they were well worth the money and I will be using them again.

Scheduled work they couldnt do without renting certain equipment...when another job using that equipment bailed on them twice, they also put us off. We were understanding the first time. I really dont care if the other guy cancelled on this company...they gave us a date (twice!) and should have done the job. The first time they cancelled they did it by e-mail and we took time off to be home...didnt know they were a no-show until we checked Hotmail when they werent there on time. Second time he came to the house...and told my husband who had once again taken time off work! If you dont have the equipment to do a job, then dont take the job. And if you are counting on a rental...be prepared to eat the cost if another client cancels. Your second client shouldnt be left hanging because of it. Now I have my insurance company breathing down my neck about a tree removal and still no headway. I should have known better when the quote was so much lower than other companies.
