Bob came out on a Sunday to tow my Subaru 15 miles. Gave me an outside ETA of 90 minutes, and arrived in about 45. Towing rate was reasonable, and as advertised on their web site ($75 + $3 per mile as of this writing, Nov. 2019). No hidden charges. No gotchas. Small, family-owned business. I highly recommend.
