I am very happy with the service I have received from Allstate (this branch in particular). The representative I dealt with was very nice and helpful, explaining a subject that can get very complicated in a way I could easily understand. I was able to activate my policy the very same day I called to set it up, enabling me to drive my newly purchased car off the lot shortly after I got off the phone with her. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and not to mention all of the tools available to their policyholders to control their accounts and save money. Overall, a wonderful experience! Any kind of insurance can be a nightmare to navigate, especially auto insurance, but I couldnt believe what a breeze it was to set up my policy.
