The repair service was extremely prompt. Called on a Tuesday and the service man was there early Wednesday morning. Very satisfied with the serviceman, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He stayed about 2 1/2 hours fixed our washer and checked out our dryer that we would have Robles with occasionally. He gave us very helpful tips like mildly washing the screen filter in the dryer, to get ride of dryer sheet buildup. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE gentleman.

Repair to electric Kenmore dryer. George the repair guy was on time, neat and clean looking, very nice person to talk to and explained everything that he was doing and explained things to me that did not know. We have always been happy with Kenmore products and this was the first time we needed a service call. Thank you very much. Jeanette

Repairman great. Competent. Part took weeks to come in. Cost was probably 1/3 the cost of a new machine. Sears warranty not the same these days.Would not have called if I knew the expense before first visit. Was in it for 100 dollars by then. Find a local guy to fix your out of warranty items.

The repair man was very courteous and knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be performed. The automated service gave as broad a window as possible with the repairman showing up between 8:00 and 5:00. However, about half an hour before he showed up, i got a call saying he was on his way. This worked out well because i could get some things done around the house while i was waiting, and i didnt have to be concerned about getting stuck half way through a project when he showed up.

Took two (2) repair calls. bought rider august 2014 and protection agreement ended august 2017. thats when the trouble started. he had to order parts and two calls and parts charged to my account. but the mower runs better than ever now and even speed control works better. not all speeds engaged before, now they do.

I carry the Maintenance Agreement on my very old gas boiler, and Sears has always been right there for me. Most times, I call for my yearly clean, but the very knowledgeable technician will always advise me if he sees any problems, and then takes care of it. I have nothing but good things to say about the Sears technician....TOPS IN HIS FIELD!

I hope I never have to deal with Sears A&E home services again - after 8 visits I still have a broken Bosch and they will not replace it - just keep ordering random parts with my Master warranty. Have been washing dishes by hand for two months!

3 separate visits were required to fix the refrigerator, and it was obvious that very little communication takes place between the main office and the actual repair technician because 1 visit was wasted due to the technician not knowing the symptoms I explained to the main office. Also, the technician did not know much about my refrigerator model. However, I gave 3 stars for persistence on their part.

From the start of customer severe to tech support right down to the techician that repaired the machine were extremely certious and very pleasant. All time frames regarding the technician appearing were accurate and kept and every measure was taken by the company to ensure my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. They couldnt have done a better job, bravo.

Still having the same problem. Slow output on ice cubes. Water coming out warm initially then starting to get colder. When refrigerator put on ACCELERATE for ice, the bottom crisper starts to freeze food.

This repair guy has been here a couple times before, i had requested you dont send him again, he is far too pushy trying to sell protection warranty before the one we have is even expired, tells us that everything made these days is junk and we needed to be sure to cover everything or we would be very sorry if we didnt... we tell him every time we are on limited income and he just says all the more reason, if we dont have cash to charge it... TOO PUSHY.... WE DO NOT WANT HIM BACK HERE AGAIN... PLEASE... we are both handicapped and COPD, WE CANNOT AFFORD THIS KIND OF STRESS

This is the 4th or 5th time that Sear Repair has been out to our house for the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. This is also the 2nd Refrigerator (Replacement) from Sear for our Original Purchase. The General Phone Techs are Not very helpful and appear to be speaking to you from a Scripted Format as opposed to actually listening and understanding what your trouble is. In both of our situations we had to escalate our complaints first time to the Blue Ribbon Crew, which I understand is now obsolete, and in this case we were connected to the Newer Version if you want to call it that called Sears Solutions located in Texas. I was lucky in the fact that I spoke (with an English Speaking Individual) to and was able to keep in touch with my case handler who went above and beyond, doing research and correcting issues in my file that shouldve been done by the primary level phone tech. Amber #260974 (out of the Texas Office Sears Solutions) was very professional and helpful with us. She did many follow ups and check ins to see how our Refrig was doing. She seemed truly caring and compassionate. As for the Techs that came out to our house, Not the friendliest of individuals, on all three times he came to our house he seems to lack Cleansing and General Body Hygiene, his uniform very disheveled and overall appearance was more like a street homeless individual than that of a Professional Repairman, a far cry from the Sears Computer Pictured Profile to say the least. As far a a repairman qualities, it seems to me that the Good Old Days of being able to diagnose, test and figure out whats wrong is a thing of the past. Once again as with last years visits, they come ~ put the model number into there little tablet ~ order some parts and tell me to give a call when the parts come in to set up another appointment, when I ask if they are going to even look at the unit to try and figure out whats wrong he replys he doesnt have to that all the possible troubles are listed in there tablet with recommended ways to handle them. So much for using your brain and skills to figure out and diagnose the problem. Well upon his second visit he informed me that they ordered/sent the wrong parts of which he re-ordered again, all this time now the $3000.00 Refrigerator IS NOT WORKING, thankfully I have the Old 1985 Kenmore back-up in the garage (Which has Never Had any problems) after the 3rd visit and 15 minutes of switching out the parts so far the unit seems to be working, First Recommendation Read Read Read up on the Unit Reviews, secondly if you buy from Sears I hate to say it but Buy the Warranty/Service Plan unfortunately the way these appliances and all products are made in China now a days they are crap and guarantee youll need or use the plan once if not more.
