I had filed my taxes here in February and had anticipated my refund in March, which I payed a large fee for. After wondering why I hadnt received them, I then got a letter from the IRS saying they werent filed. Ive talked to people in the office and was told they needed to deal with drop offs and not my issue, making me feel like this isnt important
