I hired Jeremy LAST NOVEMBER! It took months to receive ,my parts due to the Covid problem but when he installed them I STILL HAD LEAKS!! It took weeks fur him to come out and fix the problem and then it SSTILL LEAKED! I finally got it to stop myself. But then the heater element he installed started leaking like crazy and Im STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM HIM!! THOUGHT HE WAS A GOOD GUY WHO STOOD BEHIND HIS WORK ... BUT IVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT, PAID HIM AND NOW IM STILL WITHOUT A WORKING JACUZZI!! GUESDS I WAS WRONG!!

Jeremy was absolutely AWESOME!!! Came out for our initial diagnostics on Mothers Day and came to install our new board the day the parts arrived!!! Jeremy came out to our house and redid all the plumbing in our spa because ours was frozen and cracked, because i didnt winterize it before shutting off the power last winter. It was a very cold, snowy day and he still worked on it. we were thankful to have found him and will continue to use him for all of our future needs.

He knows his hot tubs & finds the problem very quickly. Jeremy’s nice to work with and the price is very reasonable compared to other hot tub repair co.
