Quick, friendly service. This guy was two steps ahead the whole time. Price was a bit steep but well worth it for the professionalism and expediency.

Rich and his Cycle Tow are 110% qualified to be operating a transport towing operation; he used to run a first class motorcycle repair shop of his own, and most of these tows are taking the bike to or from a shop. You and your bike will absolutely be in good hands if you call Cycle Tow in your hour of need. I did -- I mean, I was really stuck, and Rich and his Cycle Tow stepped up and got my bike from where it was to where it needed to be (he recommended a repair place that turned out to be just great) and I am one happy camper. You will be too. Five stars all the way. Not expensive either.

I was buying my first motorcycle and contacted CycleTow to help tow it to my home. Rich was very easygoing and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond for me and offered to check out the bike to make sure I was getting a good deal, he test drove it, and he even told me about some issues with the bike that I should watch out for. I think the price was fair and I appreciated the help from someone who knows what they are doing, would recommend.

Rich saved my butt by giving me a tow on a Sunday, fixing my flat with a plug, and sending me on my way back home. Plus he helped me get my insurance to pay for the flat repair. I was a customer of his for years thereafter when he had a repair shop, and he always did very good work on my Italian motorcycle. When things got complicated, I took my bike to a specialist Italian bike shop, but otherwise solid for basic repairs.
