I love the fact that they can shred smaller quantities, minimum a shopping bag full. You can watch them shred your papers but because of the pandemic, you are not allowed to get close to the machine but at least can watch from a short distance. The staff is really nice. I have been there once and have referred my friend. She also had a great experience. Prices are super reasonable.

LOVE this place... so convenient and economical. Got a quote in SF for $195... same job I was able to shred here for $36. The $159 difference was worth the 20min drive over the bridge. Highly recommended!! (just be aware that they close early at 3PM!)

Wish I could give more stars. In the mist of a relocation and the amount of paper Ive accumulated was crazy, I was ready to pay the $125 for the other guys service to come out and my boss mentioned this location. I was in awe, in and out, first off. Then to watch them shred, and lastly but not least you can not beat the service and the price. Soooooo glad someone turned me on them, too bad this was my first and last time...Due to my move. 10 across the board !!

Carts were available to transport from car to shredding area, staff always helpful, watch place its get shredded and free parking. In & out the bonus.

Will definitely go back. I took half of a bankers box of documents there for shredding. It costed me only $4.00, the guy shredded the documents right away and I can see the process. This gives me a piece of mind as I know for sure that the documents got shredded. Very inexpensive and excellent service!!

Never knew this place existed, until Feb. 2019 when I was cleaning out my mothers place and seen the storage box with papers in it, along with this companys name on it. I called them up and they let me know my mother had a credit and I also told them I had 3 additional trash bags and a basket we were using. They were sorry to hear about my loss that they said they would take it all at no additional charge. Now THATS service! I went back a few days later and took an additional bag of shred for my aunt and myself; $8.00 for a huge trash bag is much better than going to Office Depot.

Brought old hard drives, floppy disks and paper to shred. Fast friendly service at this store.The nice thing is they shred the items while you watch. So you get to see the hard drives get crushed into little tiny pieces before your eyes. Prices are reasonable for the great service. 👍👍👍👍👍

My office usually does an annual shredding (for the past 30 years), and I have had tried many different shredding companies. This one is simply the best. They are Fast Friendly and at a super decent price. Ever since i discovered this place a few years ago, I have never gone to another place.

I end up here twice a year with a box full of mail and such to shred. I’m in and out within 5 minutes and couldn’t be happier. Much less to deal with than buying and maintaining a shredder at home.

We have been using Automated Response for well over 14 years. They are easy to work with. We just drop off our shredding at their place and they do the rest. I was a customer of this business for more than eight years when I started my shredding bill was six dollars per month, it stayed that amount until last year when I went into get my shredding done and the unfriendly lady behind the counter told me that my new rate with $16.50. I shredd about 4-5 times per year. I disagreed with the rate increase because I felt it was unfair to go up on a customer more than 100% and advised her it wouldve been right to increase me overtime rather than charge me like that without notice. Two times after that I went and paid my previous rate of $6 and once $7; with moving my business I visited more frequently. The last two times that I went to have items shredded I encountered the same unfriendly lady who advised me that my rates are higher and it wasnt until another customer came into the area where she was speaking to me that she changed her tone to talk more nicely. I terminated my services with this establishment. Customers know that you can visit here and start here with friendly service and one price and at any given point they can increase your fees and then challenge you when youre upset about it .
