Catherine and Elise were great!! They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. If I called or e-mailed, I got a response within the next day. I was under the weather at the time of the sale and I dont drive so if needed, papers, etc. were dropped by my residence. Now thats customer service!! The Open house was August 2nd. we were under contract by August 10th and escrow closed without a hitch on August 25th. My Escrow Officer, Alexis Williams at Old Republic Title was terrific as well. She answered any questions and replied to my e-mails within a timely manner. Escrow closed quickly and signed paperwork was provided promptly. This was my Mothers house as she had passed away so it was a difficult time. It was also my first experience selling a house and I wasnt sure what to expect. Catherine and Elise made the process was a breeze. I will recommend Catherine and Elise to anyone looking for an Agent. They know the market area and got a terrific price for the property.
