Today Nick at You Send Me did a very creative job of making a safe, unbendable package out of stray cardboard for an awkwardly sized piece of art I was sending for someones birthday. I was expecting huge charges for a big box, but Nicks spontaneous creativity saved me a bundle. Whats more, Im confident my package will arrive on time, despite my not having gotten it together earlier. You Send Me has remained my go-to place for mailing since the 1980s, and it maintains its customer service orientation through a continuous crop of young, intelligent employees. Highly recommend!

This place is convenient to my work, and I always have a great experience. I have a lot of family abroad, so shipping can be expensive. They always provide a list of options based on arrival and price. Plus, I dont have to worry about labeling or even fully taping a package beforehand, because sometimes they will suggest a smaller or different box for cheaper shipping. A very friendly, and neighborly place.

I love You Send Me! They make shipping so easy no matter how much help you need in the shipping process. You can just drop off a package or they will pack your item up and send it for you. You get to choose the method based on when you want it to arrive or by price. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Its my go-to for shipping anything.

Wow. I havent used many shipping services, but doubt theyre all this good. I had to ship some things to a friend on the East Coast, long story short, the lady at the counter spent about 30 minutes with me and put a lot of elbow grease into helping me ship everything for much less money than I was going to have spent. Wonderful service!

I always ship packages from this place and have always had a great experience. Most recently I fell for a scam on Craigslist and almost shipped expensive equipment across the country. I emailed them when they were closed and they held my package from shipping and gave me a full refund. Saved me a $280 loss! Thank you so much!

This place is conveniently located near Peet’s Coffee and Safeway and most staff are friendly. However, the UPS store on Solano provides more customer-friendly services including helping to tape up my packages as well as printing out receipts for packages I drop off without charge. You Send Me in comparison charges at least $0.25 for putting a single piece of tape on a small box and at least another $0.85 if I want a receipt printed for my records after dropping off a package. I already paid for an annual mailbox rental with You Send Me so being nickeled and dimed with packages I send out when collecting my mail is annoying to say the least and a sure fire way to ensure I do not renew my annual mailbox rental next year.

I had a mailbox there for many years and experienced a few negative experiences. One was paying my mailbox and a mistake was made either by the card issuer or you send me. My mailbox was closed until payment after I had a mailbox there for 8-9 years. I spoke with Connie and said it was a mistake and despite that wouldnt deal with me until the following week. Turned out You send me made the mistake and I never received an apology.
