I walked in and was warmly greeted. There were no lines or crowds on a Thursday morning. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. He happily worked with me as I had multiple requests on the Christmas letters he was printing for me on special paper. He took time to make sure my requests were met. He went above and beyond, and I appreciated his fantastic customer service! My Christmas letters turned out exactly as I hoped! Thank you :)

Im a New Yorker by nature, so I dont give out compliments idly. This is a fact: Rob and Ricardo at Copy Central Square are gems. I often walk blocks out of my way to get to this place. They are not only friendly but highly efficient. On the morning that I was submitting my dissertation proposal--after having worked through the night-- and in a rush to meet a deadline, I was getting about 150 double-sided pages scanned, and just as Rob handed over my hard copy, he said, Page 122 is missing. Hardly believing my ears, I asked: How could you possibly know that with all those pages piling out of the copier? Rob shrugged, said, Ive been doing this for years. I checked and found that he was right. The page was missing.Id been a loyal customer before, now they are enshrined in my all time Hall of Fame. Very helpful with all the things I needed, very nice costumer service and many types of printers , papers, etc ,will be back !

I believe his name was Aaron… hope so because he was amazing today helping me scan 2 x 3 painting of mine and he deserves props for amazing customer service.

CAUTION: THIS PLACE IS NOT PET TURTLE FRIENDLY.Before I was kicked out I did get some very good copies of my pet turtle.
