I came in for a passport photo taken. The first photo came out to be a tilted and we asked the person to take another one. Very reluctantly he agreed to take another, when we suggested he take a couple of different ones to make sure it comes out per specifications. He took one. (Its a digital camera, doesnt take a lot of time to click a few photos) The new one came out even more tilted, and when we asked him to take a proper one, he suggested we go elsewhere and he doesnt have time for this. We probably wasted less than 5 mins of his time, but I guess that is too much to ask for. Why even offer passport photo services if you dont have any interest in doing them properly.On that note go to metro publishing on Bancroft for a photo, they took a couple and showed them to me without even prompting to make sure everything was correct, like a professional running a business.

Their customer service has spent days lying about it and avoiding connecting me to anybody responsible. So theres not much I can do about that. I dont know DHL, but 5 stars for not being UPS!👋

Great experience! I came in for some quick help with my computer. I dropped my computer, and in doing so, my headphones broke off and a piece got stuck in the headphone jack. I attempted to fix the problem on my own but to no avail! I came in to DHL here in Berkeley and received immediate / experienced care. My computer audio is working better than ever! Thanks!

This is a new business, open about a month. The owner, Farid, is pleasant and helpful. I stopped by to ship a package to Rio de Janiero. I was going to use the US Postal Service, but was told DHL is the best way carrier to use for international shipments. Fastlines also handles USPS and FedEx in addition to DHL.Farid weighed my package and told me itd be a whopping $225 for about 4 pounds of stuff. Ouch! So, I began taking stuff out and watched the price and weight go down. At 2 pounds, it was $142 to send my package to Rio. Whats ironic, the items cost way less than the shipping, but hey, a framed photo of me is priceless, no?Ill be back to send more packages with Fastlines and Farid. He also carries basic office supplies and greeting cards.
