The cleaning that I got from Mythic Maids was phenomenal. Ericka is super friendly, polite, and was respectful of my space. She was thorough and did an excellent job tidying up and making everything look picture perfect!

I only used the cleaning service one time and should have never used them gain after that. I scheduled first time a couple days before the necessary cleaning for Saturday at 10. The night before I needed to do the cleaning they cancelled and said they couldnt accommodate that date even though they allowed me to schedule. I considered this a one off and worked with them which was hard as they never respond to phone, text or email for at least 24 hours or more at a time. I then was relatively happy with the cleaning service and I scheduled for a visit 3 weeks out and instead of holding that appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment they did the same thing in regards to canceling the appointment and expecting me to change to change my weekend plans. When I told them this was unacceptable they never responded and I would definitely consider them to be the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with in regards to cleaning services. Please dont waste your time.

The team at Mythical Maids communicated well despite some challenges around scheduling. They did a great job on a standard clean and it was quite fast. We look forward to using them again!

It was very good. I usually plan to spend a few hours cleaning a rental unit before I show it, even after I “get it cleaned”. But not this time! I was blown away by the effort being put into this regular apartment. Every time I came back to check in on the progress, they were literally on their hands and knees scrubbing areas that had probably never been cleaned. It turned out so clean! Everywhere!! No joke, I will be hiring this service for my own personal residence after this experience. Thanks to all involved.

I scheduled a clean to prepare my home for a short term rental guest. I like their online system that allows me to leave detailed instructions (after booking and creating an account). The cleaner showed up on time, clearly received and understood my instructions for entering and setting up the house. She called me to let me know I left out the wrong size sheets and that she resolved the problem. I appreciate the follow up communication and the service as expected. I feel comfortable using this service in the future and I can already see that my future cleanings are assigned to the same individual who cleaned the first time.

I had a great experience with Treva! Aside from doing a phenomenal job, she also found a leak under my kitchen sink and rigged up a temporary solution. She also followed up to make sure l knew about the issue. Thank you!!

I have used this service in the past but the last booking was an extremely unpleasant experience. No communication regarding the booking, no responses when called multiple times and leaving messages. Will not recommend.

Complete Scam and terrible customer service from chris. Paid for a $200 “deep clean” when I arrive back home nothing was touched at all she’d sprayed windex in the air and left. Took multiple days to contact and ask for refund even sent pictures of the house still a dirty after the cleaner left and christ had the nerve to lie to my face and say the cleaner sent pictures that she actually cleaned the place. Unless you want to be ripped off by the most unprofessional people ever I wouldn’t go here.

I scheduled a house cleaner to come by online within an hour window and she came on time. I asked her to particularly focus on the kitchen and bathroom and she did a wonderful job. My cabinets are beautiful and the bathroom sparkly clean. I will definitely book this service again! Thank you.

I’ve been through 3 house keepers. This is the cleanest my house has been. I think it is worth the extra money to get a professional quality job. I did not find anything they missed. This was my first cleaning so it was a deep clean. Looking forward to see how the next cleanings go

The housekeeping service we had for three weeks was good, but they never stopped billing us after it was cancelled. Ive been trying to talk to them about their auto-billing mistake, calling them probably 20 times times over the last two weeks and it always goes to message! No call back! Yikes... Now we have to cancel our credit card so that they will stop billing us every week for services we are not getting! AVOID this agency!

I love Mythical Maids of Berkeley!! Our first cleaning was while we were moving out of our old apartment and into our new home. They did such an amazing job, and my cleaner was so nice and professional. I have them come to clean a few times a month now!! I recommend them to my family and friends all the time. We have tried other cleaning companies in Berkeley and there is NO ONE like them! =)

Response to scheduling request was quick - even over the weekend. They had no trouble with access instructions or with our pets (two cats). More than that, the place absolutely sparkled down to the littlest nooks and crannies. There were places on the stove and in the crevices of the tile floor that hadnt come clean completely for me in ages, and they managed to make it happen. Terrific job and excellent service.

I have never had a professional cleaning service before and I am beyond impressed. My home looks better than it has in a long long time. The ladies were awesome and so professional. They have done a beautiful job. I am so blessed to have found this company. They are top-notch thats for sure!Being that I have not been able to keep up with everything. I scheduled one deep clean about a month in advance. Their website and email service were having clear technical problems, so I sent two messages and never heard back. On the day our service was scheduled they texted me to reschedule for a different time, but then nobody showed up at the new agreed upon time. I got nothing but voicemail three days in a row after that. They then decided to schedule me (and bill me) for another service randomly scheduled without contacting me or responding to my messages. Finally after a couple weeks they got back to me and ultimately did refund me the full amount.

Fraud fraud fraud .. never answered and took 458 dollars of my money .. never did any work .. pls go too there office you will see it’s fraud

Very flexible and detail oriented. I threw a party at the house one night and it was a huge mess. Wife was super upset but they came in the next day and in a few hours it looked as good as new! Now back to a happy wife, happy life thanks to Mythical Maids of Berkeley!

Cant say enough good things about Mythical Maids and the cleaning service they provide. Needed a place in San Francisco cleaned thoroughly, and Mythical Maids was able to accommodate right away and booked me for a deep clean. The process was super simple, and the cleaners were friendly as can be, while also doing a great job and leaving the place looking spotless. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Good website, however, the service provided does not match the expectations. Erika was very quick to charge us extra for deep cleaning but somehow failed to deliver that service. There were still dirty spots in several places in the kitchen after she and her partner left. In order to be fair, I contacted them directly before I posted a review and explained what happened. At first she offered a refund but then she took it back saying that she should have charged me even more because my 300 sq ft cottage was actually not a studio but a 1bd/1ba apartment. A piece of advice to anyone who is considering this service: Get ready to pay a premium price for a poor service.

Do not pick this maid service to clean your house they are unprofessional and they do not pay their employees if you want to deal with a real business I strongly recommend you not pick this maid service this made surface will rip you off one way or another believe me I know Ive experienced it never again will I ever work for this company they still havent paid me on top of I did two jobs for them and then they tried telling me that they are customers wanted their refund because I didnt deep clean enough and then they pretty much are not going to pay me this company is a scam as far as Im concerned

Mythical maids exceeded my expectations. two very friendly ladies came to clean my sf apartment, worked very hard and got done within 2 hours.

No one showed up and they still charged the credit card. No one is answering the phone either so its probably a scam.
