I brought my car in 2018 X3 for Service on Tuesday for backup camera malfunction. I was told it needed a software update and would need to stay overnight. I picked the car up and the next day there was virtually no tension in the steering wheel very difficult to drive. I brought it in today and I was pleasantly greeted. Then my driving experienced was dismissed because it didn’t appear on a diagnostic test. Two managers and an associate drove my car stated seems fine. It was extremely frustrating not being heard. Then Justin assisted, he drove the car an understood my concern. I then drove with the technician the same response nothing showing on diagnostics. The manager recommended I drive the same year make & model on lot to compare. I didn’t see the value in it because I knew the tension was very different after the service; I acquiesced and test drove the car and the steering wheel had more tension. I then drove my car with the technician he finally understood what I was referring to once he switch the mode from comfort to sport I had tension in the steering wheel; the same as I had prior to the software upgrade in comfort. I am not a technician but it did not appear as an error on diagnostic probably because it wouldn’t be considered an Error, because it’s not an error but a setting. I was advised they would do further checking to determine how to resolve the change in the Steering wheel tension setting in Comfort Mode. I would like to thank Justin, Luis, Angelina and Management for their patience an assistance. Although the issue was not resolved, I finally felt heard. I am confident the issue will be resolved.

I booked over the phone for a service visit. Easy to book and able to get an appointment for the next day! Jorge met me on arrival and handled everything smoothly and professionally. In no time I was on my way with a loaner and returned a few hours later to retrieve my car. Everything was done very well, communications were very good throughout and I got my car back a couple of hours earlier than expected. I would recommend BMW Weatherford for servicing my car. With having a super early morning drop off, I really appreciate the fact that all things were in order from the paperwork to the loaner car. I was in and out of there within 10minutes. Each staff member I had encountered was as energetic as the next and each one greeted me as well.. its such a welcoming environment.Fortune kept me up to date throughout the process. Lawrence was exceptional in every way. He took in our BMW 430 5 minutes later after my wife called on the road having overheating problems. He got the car in within moments and had my wife in a beautiful loaner car within minutes of arriving. Communication was top notch, followed up with updates, and had the car ready within 24 hours in full force. This type of service is something to talk about and leaves a lasting impression not only for the BMW Brand but also for Weatherford and Lawrence himself. Thank you Lawrence!! Just detailed my car after picking it up 5/28 and noticed driver side rear lug missing drop off 5/25 not sure when and where it happened but I feel it should have been noted ( during tire pressure check) as well as any other issues found. Thats the type of service Im use to. The car was driven for 37 miles. No notes on the results of that drive. Thats more than I drive in a week day. My other concern start stop economy fuel saving feature. Surely should have been noticed in the 37 mile drive. No mention of any issues. Back to H&B in Berkeley. Although H&B ownership has changed, I’ll give the new owners a try.

We brought our car in for a windshield replacement and all work was performed as promised including estimate of repair. In addition the service manager suggested we go ahead with scheduled maintenance even though it wasnt due for another 1,000 miles. Al staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Our total experience I would rate as excellent!

Received diagnostics, oil change, and fuel injection replacement for my 2012 528i at this location. Angelina was great from start to finish! She was very communicative and kept me informed on every step of the process! Did I mention the service was sooo fast! My car was only there for 2 days! If I have any issues going forward I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back. Thank you Angelina!

Tire replacement. Service was great. We got a loaner car while car was in the shop which was really helpful sine we had to leave it overnight. All of the staff from start to finish were extremely friendly and attentive. 5++++ stars!

My i3 had a very challenging problem that turned out to be related to the car’s computer system. Weatherford BMW put in a tremendous amount of effort to pinpoint and resolve the problem - including bringing the part in from Germany. Because their investigation and resolution took quite a while, they provided me with a really nice BMW loaner while they had my car. I credit their technicians for solving the difficult problem, but their service representative Jorge Gonzalez went out of his way to smooth out a frustrating process, suggesting my best options for finding the answer and keeping me informed at every step.

Very helpful and thoughtful wait staff and front service desk admin. However car cleaners can care less. I felt my car was just a number to clean and get out the way. My car came back less clean than I left it. Mud on seats, streaks and smears from the rag used to wipe the car. Several streaks of some sticky residue on rear windows and mud/dirt from a dirty rag on several areas near interior hatch. Car is cleaned weekly and is in new condition, 2021 M50i I just leased brand new 3 months ago, interior is/was A1. Wasn’t pleased about this at all. I’ll just opt not to have my car cleaned by their service/carwash group next time I’m due for an oil change and leave it to the weekly car wash crew I go to in the area. Didn’t want to search for other dealers since this place was so close. But might have too.

We came in with a flat tire on our BMW. The tire wasnt available anymore, so they replaced all 4 tires for the price of 1 so that they all match. AND they threw in a warranty for the tires! Lawrence was great!

I bought at weatherford because of previous experiences with the service department. They are professional and courteous. I just wish their drop off range was a bit further for the courtesy shuttle (lyft).Brian McNutt has been my service advisor for the last couple of years and I am happy with the service. During that time i bought another car at weatherford. I highly recommend their service department and Brian as your service advisor.

I received a recall notice in which I brought my vehicle in to BMW Weatherford A few days after I picked up my car I started hearing scraping under the car.... it seems as though they did not put on the under carriage guard correctly
